I've just personal messaged nearly everyone who's said they'll play on Tuesday night to ask them to confirm back to me that they are coming (I didn't p-m those I have already p-med recently)

* What's your actual first name (not user name) ?
* What's your preferred playing position ?
* Are you quite fit and when did you last play competitive 11-a-side (this is just for info, everyone will get a game, but I want to make sure I know people's approximate capabilities so we get a balance on the pitch, eg not all the midfielders geriatrics)
also remind them to bring RED L'POOL SHIRT & ASTROS plus IF YOU CAN your own red shorts and socks.
Shin pads optional. It's not gonna be a hard game but better safe than sorry. We're gonna keep this friendly. NO FLYING TACKLES, and anyone who has had a beer should be especially careful about that.
I'm bringing plenty of red shorts and footy socks BUT I'll be arriving directly from a flight that gets in 5.50 pm, so it's best if people bring their own. If you don't have red socks bring another colour just in case I am late, but only wear these as a last resort 'cos we'll look so much better all in red.
(NB J-P will be the manager and captain if I am late, I will be in touch with him by mobile if I have any delays. Ryanair always boast about having 95% of their flights on time and all that, so I should be fine).
We should have at least 18, but based on the above info we can get some kind of shape worked out , eg :
In goal: Andy (KEN05) (+ Harry as sub later on)
Defence: Nige, Dan, Adam, Richie's mate
Midfield: Ben Ayoun, Richie, Anthony, John (jjmoyo), ScouserJonny, redtillded
Up front : J-P, Mark (think you two may be fitter than a lot of the midfield though, so we may have to re-think)
Subs : Marc & a couple of the Madrid Reds
Late subs : Gnaume, Raul, raptor.
