Lavia confirmed out for the season.

Bit of a sliding doors moment that transfer saga. But still young of course, time to get back on track, although likely at the worst club to do that.

If Chelsea ever needed a more glaring sign that Lavia was meant to be a Liverpool player, then this is it. ;D

I had my tonsils out when I was 10, so I can tell everyone for a fact having no tonsils makes no fucking difference.

I wake up knackered all the time now and I know I wake myself snoring, or she wakes me up to tell me to shut up. Seriously need to sort my weight out first and then see where I go from there

I'm over weight now but was pretty fit in my 40's when I was single. I still snored like a freight train back then. I've seen all the things on line that talk about weight and booze as factors. I think age is the real issue and the affect it has on your sleep as you get older just gets intolerable.

And just to give some perspective on the constant Plettigoal-tweets. Kicker are today reporting that Alonso is still Bayern's top pick, but if they can't get him, Ralf Rangnick (who's doing a stellar job with the Austrian national team BTW) is their top choice. They're looking at de Zerbi as well according to Kicker, but the higher ups are not that keen on him as he only speaks limited English and no German. So, it seems nobody seems to know anything for sure, but is just piecing stuff together from whatever they're able to pick up somewhere.

Match 7 - Neither team quite hits it for me. Both have a few issues. Hazell with Signori in a position where he didn't play his best football, and two sweepers at CB who rarely played in back 4s missing a stopper beside them. However, Sarge also has Zola playing off the wing when he needs to be central to dictate the play, and Gazza a calamity waiting to happen. Sarge has a fantastic defence, but Hazell wins it with a very strong and complimentary midfield 3 and enough in attack to take this.

You're not looking at the whole pie. This isn't just a team that's been thrown together, it's been carefully constructed, not just put together because they starry names; I've got them working on things. Your criticism of having 2 sweepers together is blown apart by having them actually work together as a pair:

Never mind pace, I’ve just seen he’s done a ‘battle of the eras’ thing with Millie…and he thought Fight Club was a game  >:( He’ll never be world class

In Elliot's defence, how is he supposed to know what Fight Club is when the first rule of Fight Club is not to talk about Fight Club?

He might only be 20 Lavia, but he's played 38 career games as a senior professional and two clubs have somehow stumped up 70 odd million for him. I thought it was strange when Southampton paid 15 million for him when he'd only ever played under 21s football, never mind what Chelsea did, which of course was mainly because we wanted him. He might be young but I think the whole experience so far is one he more than likely won't recover from (meaning playing at the top level). Relegation in your first season, playing half an hour in the second, and when he comes back there'll be even more competition and probably no European football at Chelsea, so even less games. If he goes and impresses somewhere at a lower level on loan they might find a buyer though, I can't imagine he'll play more than 15/20 games for Chelsea unless they have a hell of an injury crisis next season.
He chose retirement at 20. Kudos to him.
