Finally! I'm sure the first sale doesn't need to be quite as long as that though, considering how close the game is.
Rafa Benitez: "I'll always keep in my heart the good times I've had here, the strong and loyal support of the fans in the tough times and the love from Liverpool. I have no words to thank you enough for all these years and I am very proud to say that I was your manager. Thank you so much once more and always remember: You'll never walk alone."

Might be a tiny amount dropping to 16 but I still think that it will sell out on 17...same as Fulham did. Definitely won't drop to 15 like Watford and Burnley did last season.

They can't just do that. The club can't reduce the allocation just for City without a reason.
Secondly, the decision was made by multiple agencies - not just City. And they had a rationale for the reduction - fans had thrown objects and thereby they would have an increased segregation. Because City is over three levels the seat kill is more than it would if it we did the same.
Plus it would be stupidly petty to want to get in a tit for tat. If there are no issues then the allocation will lilely return to normal next year.

They have now managed to screw up the email confirmations. Is there anything they can't break?

Around 25 tickets dropped to 16+, sold out now as 'no further sales' is now showing on the website.
