Anyone know when the next lot of TV games are announced?

March's TV games get announced around the 25th January.  All 4 in March likely to be on TV.

Disagree. I don't think Burnley will be as we need to not be on tv a couple of times left the rest of the season.

Seeing the fixture list on the 30th of March it's only really us v Spurs that is a good fixture.. does that usually mean early Saturday kick off?

Would say the only definites are the Derby and the Spurs game

Looking at the other fixtures on the weekend of Burnley, I'd say
Arsenal V Man United
Chelsea v Wolves
Palace v Brighton
City v Watford

The Fulham one is tricky because it's potentially the FA Cup 6th round weekend so a lot of the fixtures you'd think would be on TV over our game could be postponed.

Not convinced us & Burnley will end up on the box. The match on FA Cup Quarter Final weekend 2 years ago was the only time I recall us not playing them at Saturday 3pm. On that basis, I think our match at Craven Cottage will be televised.

We'll deffo be on, especially with it being guaranteed to be played.

And it can't be the Friday, or the Monday.

And here's an early prediction:

We all know how well Sky like to treat us as away supporters, so our game at Cardiff will be the Monday night. It's Easter, so doesn't come under the 'no more than 4 (or whatever it is)' rule, as Bank Holidays aren't included in that.

Similarly Newcastle, if we go out of the CL to Bayern.

Can Newcastle be the monday night? I looked and last two seasons that particular round of fixtures only had a friday night game and not a monday night game.

I don't see why not. That's if were not in the European Cup semi final, and also that neither of us has any rearranged game to be played that midweek.

Disagree. I don't think Burnley will be as we need to not be on tv a couple of times left the rest of the season.

Our last ten league games last season were all on tv (7 sky, 3 BT), which is what we've got left after the end of February. Up to that point 18/28 of our league games had been on tv, whereas this season it'll be 19/28.

Yeah, I couldn't remember if it was 28 or 29 you're allowed but it must be 29 then, so I suppose they could all be televised after Watford.

Does anyone know if there’s any danger that the Huddersfield game on 27 April gets moved to the Monday? I’m getting pushed to book a flight away on that Monday and I can’t really hang on for official confirmation. I know Sunday is possible (even likely) but Sunday’s fine for me.

Champions League semi-finals are the midweek after the Huddersfield game so if we get that far there is no chance of it being Monday but it's difficult to say at the moment.  I'd say it will definitely be on tv but a bit early to say when

Depends when the TV fixtures are released, if we are still in the CL at that time of fixture release then there is no chance it will be the Monday but I am not sure if the Huddersfield fixture will be decided before or after the Bayern tie

They're doing the quarter final and semi draws at the same time this year, and presumably scheduling as well. So we'll know when a potential semi final is on the 15th of March should we beat Bayern.

April TV games will get announced 22nd February so before Bayern tie is settled so unlikely to be Monday Friday - unless Sky do another what if scenario like the West Ham game.

Absolutely nailed on that one or possibly both of those will be on a Monday night then I reckon...unless we progress in Europe.

There have been/will be 3 live games on a Monday/Friday night, Palace & West Ham 2000 Monday (West Ham still might get moved if there's a replay in their 4th round FA Cup tie) & Wolves was on the Friday night at 2000.  The maximum for that package is 4.

But you're right there is package G which is for Bank Holidays, so as you say, Newcastle or Cardiff (or both if the West Ham game moves) could be a Monday night.

But surely if the West Ham game moves or not, it will have no bearing on if Cardiff and/or Newcastle move as they are both part of the separate bank holiday package?

They said 25/01 whilst knowing what date the 5th round draw was on so knowing that it will probably be at some time next week  ::)

I think Spurs is gonna be Saturday, Champions League the midweek after and we are both technically still in it even tho we might not be by then.

It's not, it's one of the make up league weeks the week after Spurs. Champions League quarters are after Southampton and Chelsea. Should we get that far you'd think we'd have to play Chelsea Sunday cos of the Europa League, which means Tuesday first leg, Wednesday second leg, and Southampton on the Saturday.

(Also heard Spurs is 5.30 Saturday)
