These handicaps are impossible to decipher.

Just Fox Tal and Technician for me today. Neither have had a run which is a big negative but good horses and I'll chance them.

Yeah only Verboten for me and that's only because he was in my book as a must bet next time out up in trip.

Verboten runs a stinker, putting it down the ground and will give him one more chance.

Yep , imperious today.

There is another option. Mr Ferguson organises the fixtures in his office and sends it to us and everyone will know and cannot complain. That is simple.

Haven't seen much of it so far and have managed to miss the Johnson winner yesterday, despite looking closely at the race.

Varian is in a run of form as well, another trainer always worth a second look.

Will probably save a bet until weekend as most likely won't get chance to watch tomorrow either.

Stradivarius looked as good as ever yesterday, a form boost for Anthony van Dyck, but then Lord North’s win on Wednesday is the same for Elarqam, so probably a race to leave alone.
I really like Lope Y Fernandez. Ballydoyle don’t have a bad record of turning Guineas also rans into Group 1 sprinters.
Also the form of Born With Pride’s Maiden looks really good, just needs to put a poor reappearance behind her.

Lope Y Fernandez & Born With Pride are my bets today.

Having a shocking Ascot, couldn't pick my nose, so having a day off from it. My thoughts though for whatever they're worth.

Looking forward to seeing Art Power, but wouldn't be backing him at that price.
I like Lippizaner, because O'Brien namechecked him as one of their 2 year olds to watch.
Morando is a mud lark, so should run well in the 3.00.
Coronation Cup is one of the most exciting races of the week I think, there's lots of horses that could be anything; Pierre Lapin, Mum's Tipple had one bad run, Lope Y Fernandez dropping back in trip, Golden Horde, Kimari. A brilliant race.
No idea with the 4.10, gun to head I'd be on Berkshire Rocco.
Good Birthday should run well in the last race.

Impressive from Art Power

He's a group horse running in a handicap, like Lord North last season. Easterby took the easy way out and who can blame him when you've that much in hand?

Both failed Guineas favs running today. Interesting to see they’ve stuck at a mile with Quadrilateral she definitely looks like she wants further to me but with no Love in the line up could well be good enough if she settles.
Hoping for more from Pinatubo this time as well.

Think Palace Pier and Wichita will battle this finish out, JG must think Palace Pier has a lot to offer as a handicap isn't his usual race prep for this. Will have a dabble on this later

Hello Youmzain for me in the sprint, has run well here and winning the sprint cup at Haydock is good form.

A few likely ew at bigger prices available as well, will put up later.

E.w

Painless Potter. Ran ok and trainer bang in form. 40/1 at time of typing.

Agree about Palace Pier, if I was to have a bet that would be it. Just be nice to see Pinatubo put a relatively disappointing Guineas behind him and turn into something special after all

Buick gave Pinatubo a shocker. Had him too far back, had to use up plenty of juice to get him into the race and then wanted him to quicken a second time. Played right into the hands of a horse that is likely to want even further and got him outstayed. Woeful. Get Doyle on him again.

The Eclipse looks a ripper next weekend if they all take their chance. Potentially Enable, Ghayyaith and Lord North all turning up, but I've my doubts about the latter.

Be a really good renewal if they all stand their ground. Enable could well be vulnerable first time out over 10f as well

I’ve no strong feeling about either race. Hoping Kameko stays but don’t think he will. I’m expecting O’Brien to have the winner just no idea which one!

Love was very good in the Guineas be good to see her and Frankly Darling Battle out the finish.

Love has just demolished the rest in the Oaks there, very impressive.

English King and Vatican City in the derby. English King in the derby trial was effortless, Vatican a typical Aidan O'Brien runner, relatively under the radar.
