thought mine was the only family for it

my dad was called gaga by his first grandchild in 1986, its stuck ever since through another 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren

he requested it to be changed to grandfather at one stage

a week later he reverted back to gaga

When you buy tickets to see EELS In Nottingham cos it's the nearest UK show, then three weeks later they announce a Manchester show. God I love Eels but for anyone else it would be right in the things that annoy you thread.

The Everton fan that sits facing me in work.

He has a wee Everton desk calendar with a picture of someone scoring each month. Last month, I printed a picture of Origi heading the winner and stuck it over the Everton player. Took him ages to notice. Today, I have printed Mane scoring the winner at Goodison a couple of years back and stuck that on there for March. Hasn't noticed that yet either.

somebody in work nicked my liverpool one around this time of the year once. they posted it back to me in december

they had a liverpool mousemat which i robbed. of course he is one of them people who can dish it out but cant take it. he went nuts, especially when i took a pic of the mousemat and printed it and taped it around an ordinary mousemat and posted it to him

was told one night he waited til i was gone home and looked all over my desk for it, i had it locked away

Found a pile of deer droppings in the garden yesterday morning.

Assuming I don't have a malicious neighbour depositing deer droppings in my garden, that means we have new friends in the garden.

(PS I live in the middle of nowhere.)

It's a great surprise to wake up to deer, we get about 7 or 8 of them around the neighborhood here. They have a few young ones as well.
