Wasn’t Vardy playing with some sort of cast previously?

Yeah but I wouldn't want to risk it, if Mane has a cast, I'd prefer to Walk Away.

Absolutely. Genuinely baffled that they interrupted the league after 3 or 4 games right after the World Cup had ended. There's no easy solution here, but I sincerely doubt that the world is clamouring to watch Finland vs Serbia a month after the World Cup final. Just give it a rest for a little bit.

I think it should be international football June and July, club football September to start of May - players get a rest the rest of May and August.

He could easily get away with a Spica splint rather than a full cast but that depends on the procedure he's had or how extensive any repair job was. Either way cast, risk of further injury and pain would all be limiters to him playing this weekend.

Players are being run into the ground these days.

I don't think we helped, or our schedule helped with the run of games we had, we were spent by the City game (even Napoli) yet half the team are off on flights to the other side of the world straight away to play more games. It's hardly surprising they've picked up injuries.

Klopp's got to start rotating more and using the squad to protect players and try and keep players fresh.  The front three are out on their feet yet we've got Sturridge and Shaqiri champing at the bit.

It's just shite, piled on shite. No one wants it but the football asociations and no-one elects them. It's close to corruption, they are milking the game dry, we've one more next month and it's killing this season after the world cup was so good.

So out of all the injuries recently, Keita's seem to be the ''longest'' one with 2 weeks. Milner should be back, Mane if not back this weekend will be back by midweek or next week, with both Mo and Virgil ready to go.

That's a bit of a pisstake isn't it? 3 international breaks in the space of 14 weeks. Mental when we've just had a World Cup just a few months ago. Feels like it's start stop with these international break. I'm sure after the November internationals, the next one isn't till February/March time?
