I had a pair like that circa 1981 called Adidas Space , white leather which was perforated never really see many of them about at the time and can’t recall where I got them from possibly Gansgear in St. John’s precinct Liverpool

swapped the laces on a rom shoe with the stripe painted blue, incredibly easy to do.

Very nice rattler. Did anyone bother with Oslo? I didn't get them, not sure on the colour, I'd have to see them in the flesh.

Although the colour does seem to depend which site you see them on. I hope they're more yellow and less orange.

I got a pair coming Tuesday, think the pics on the addy site are way off, even the oslo gold lettering is in a different location on the shoe. They'll be getting sent back if they don't look like this

One thing that doesn't come across in the photos is how soft and supple the leather is on the Oslo and Zurich. I picked up the Blackburn for normal retail price on a local shop yesterday, and also got a pair of stadt on sale for 60 euro. Which is nice because there's a fair few people trying to make a big mark-up on the Blackburn's. It's just panic buying I guess.

Why are these Adidas trainers so expensive?

They’ve made them for decades so there’s no need to make new moulds or anything...some of them seem very expensive for what they are

Ordered these off footlocker for the 9 yr old for Christmas - SHOP25 got us 25% off, still cost £71

The 11 yr old takes a size 7 already, so his were over a ton.

They do seem to go one size at a time at the minute, the younger one is in a size for ages though. I'm an 11, so I'll need to watch the oldest doesn't nick my trainees and shoes
