Do we think there is any chance of Members getting some tickets in an open sale?

Can’t see it dropping to members with no league matches last season

Anyone know why they seem to have got 100 odd more tickets than us?

29,074 us

29,187 them

Because the club skim some off regular fans like us so they can give them to the corporates and sponsors despite pretty much always saying they don't do that.

Erm or more likely both ends of Wembley aren’t symmetrical and one end is always going to have marginally more seats. The skimming doesn’t happen there

Anyone thinking of getting the train to Watford Junction, then the tube to Wembley Central from there, don't bother as there's no tube service to wembley central at all that day  :no

Good spot that. Just checking national rail website and it lists a Wembley Stadium station as well as Wembley Central, would wembley stadium be Wembley Park? Might be the wrong thread to ask this in

From memory Wembley Park is the one outside the stadium

Wembley Park is the other end of Wembley way, Wembley Stadium is next to the ground.

Went Wembley Park the last time and is about a mile away from the ground. Does have a Tesco at the station so can get some tins in. Was just confused by the site unless they've renamed Wembley Central as Wembley stadium

No, it's not a tube station. Main line train that goes in to Marylebone.

Last time I got off at Watford Junction and got the overground to Wembley Park. Was a cheaper way to do it then travel in to Euston and then pay £12 for the tube to Wembley Central.

Dunno how you made that £12, be no more than £6 return.

Wembley Park is a tube station on the Met and Jubilee lines. It’s the one at the top of Wembley Way and is probably the closest.

Wembley Central is on TFL Overground and Bakerloo line

Wembley Stadium is a mainline station.

If you’re coming from Watford Junction you’d go to WC. If you’re coming from Euston you’d go to WP

So as someone who has signed up for a membership for the first time so has no games on his card there is next to no chance of getting a ticket?

Yeah, every time I've been I've gotten the tube from Watford to Wembley Park and it's a 5 minute walk to the stadium from there for me

Can’t see it, would be about 50,000+ people with at least 1 game last year, probably more

From Euston to Wembley Central was £5.90 single and £12 return on the tube hence why I went via Watford Junction, think its something to do with the different zones

Probably not much use but found this with the fare info https://www.londontoolkit.com/briefing/underground.htm

It's £2.80 single using contactless or oyster.

No, will end up on members 10-12 matches or there abouts, unless we get a further allocation.   City might not sell out so hopefully they have held back tickets from areas that could be given to us until they look like being able to sell them.

City’s go on general sale on Monday so will be able to see what’s available then, unless anyone knows a City fan who’s qualified now

Man City have actually released their tickets better than Liverpool. I understand that we have the bulk sale coming up. But City released their tickets yesterday already and given their fans more time to plan journey and accommodation.

We have the bulk sale but there was nothing stopping them releasing our tickets this week.

Fan ID isn't happening this season so can't see it happening before next summer and so unlikely they'd do this and an amnesty at the same time.
They can't do the amnesty without Fan ID.
The last I was told, there is some form of Fan ID coming in this season - STHs will be last though

The last time I heard about ID cards for fans was when Thatcher wanted to introduce them nationally - but, there was uproar. Just before Hillsborough if I remember rightly ?

::) dont cry.

Couldn't give a fuck about being itk

I'm not making out anything. I'm repeating what I've been told in the supporter forums that i sit on. If you don't wana believe it, that's up to you.

Fan ID is just ensuring the person named on the members card actually exists. The data will not be stored once verified and it isnt a ID scheme.
