Ceferin also welcomed them back into the Champions League a couple of weeks ago.

They did and Man City got off on a technicality which is another reason why their 'success' is hollow. Ceferin also welcomed them back into the Champions League a couple of weeks ago.
He's the type of guy who would see his wife cheating on him and he'd ask her to forgive him.

Fuck City, all their success is purchased and means nothing. Must hurt them that they'll never be mentioned in the same breath and us, Bayern, Madrid, Milan and even United.

I said after first game I disliked psg more as the match went on and I feel the same.tonight

As soon as they went behind they lost the head and there were some pretty bad challenges. Only short of.taking their ball and going home. Childish stuff

We all know that it won't.

They could have dropped it already especially once City got off on the technicality before.

But does anyone really know or remember what Chelsea have won? One Champions League is the only stat you can remember with certainty. So being the club with the biggest budget is no guarantee of anything. Granted they’ll compete for everything for as long as Guardiola sticks around but none of it counts for anything and it won’t last forever.

I'm still not arsed about Chelsea winning anything, just like I'm not with City. The only time I would if they were to catch up with either our league titles or EC, and that's not going to happen for the foreseeable future. Why do I feel this way? Because when you've spent as much money as they have, you're bound to win something. It's just how it is, but that will never make me care [or in this case be ''upset''] about them winning something like I would be with the Red Mancs.

Neither are the media. They won't be making documentaries about any of it.

As I've said elsewhere: nobody ever wrote the great novel about the better-equipped, richer country winning the war.

3 absolute c*nt clubs left, but praying Madrid are able to get through tomorrow. The prospect of a City/Chelsea final is sickening. This season has been utterly shite but that’s a real sting in the tail.

No, they did play well. On the field they’re a good side, obviously. It’s just how that side was assembled and the consequences for the sport as a whole...

There would be a certain poetry in City winning their first CL in an empty stadium, given the apathy their fans supposedly have for the competition.

Watching a financially doped team who should have been banned from the competition, winning it in an empty ground just about sums up modern football for me.

if there was ever an asterisks to be put beside a trophy then its this years champions league.  Its just not as difficult to win when you dont have a hostile crowd to go play a high pressure game in front of.  At least the winners last year played most of their games in full stadiums

Said ‘technicality’ relating I recall to the ‘time limited’ aspect, in that too much time had elapsed.  And the clock ticked by because city stalled the process.

Could be wrong but think it was something like that.

A lot of people always say "They bought it, cheated it, it's hollow, doesn't mean anything".  And they're right.

But it's that fucking point that hurts.

They're winning stuff that ought to be being won by properly run clubs fairly and squarely.  They're robbing titles and cups from us and others by their cheating ways.  Not one trophy they've won was done in the right way.  And it's stuffing those who ARE doing it the right way.

I suppose that it's good for City to have someone in the dressing room for the final who's been there, done that.

It’s fuckin laughable that these cheating c*nts are gonna win the champions league in a season when they should be serving the first year of a two year ban.  The fact that they only got off on a technicality makes it even worse.  And then to have that absolute fuckin coward Cefarin praise the c*nts the other week just shows how corrupt the top level of football really is.

I hope to fuck if they do win it then the FA’s investigation into them finds them guilty on the same day.

If you'd gone just one more year back to 2004 you could've stuck Porto in as one of the bold teams, no?
I wouldn't stick Man Utd in as 'European Royalty' either.
