Drew 1-1 away at Lyon, was keeping an eye on the top 2, can't believe they both lost at home :o

Congrats Always_A_Red  :wave Hard luck Lawnmoverman, you'll be back next season no doubt.

I was thinking of leaving the game world but I'll stick around now. I was hoping the chairman was watching me but he seems happy to open a bit of funds for myself.
Ah right. 20 Mil for sneider is probably an alright fee for this world. You'll find it hard to get an extortinate fee like you would in the rawk world

We’ll still finish in top four - and they won’t. You can quote me on this in May.

Been a poor season for Milan overall, never had any sort of plan or shape to the team and been a bit all over the place, something I'll have to address for next season and hopefully will end up further up the table next time. Only plus is doing the double over Inter I think ;) Albeit they finished well above me.

I did play a weakened team in both games I believe due to cup constraints but this will be avenged!

Alright, all the loan outs have returned, full squads are all present, and as far as i can tell, Real are the only team with over 60 in their squad. So the onus is on defending champion Always a red do get his house in order

If we're serious about this cap, it should include loan outs and loan ins. 60 right across the board. An example being you cant have exactly 60 in your squad, loan out three, and then sign three players.

Also thinking about making the gameworld private application, 'outsiders' applying. whats the thoughts on that? Might make the world more competitive, new people in, fill the leagues up. Cant see too much damage being done, with no buying from unmanaged teams in effect. The only problem would be outsiders not sticking to the cap limit. Anyway, open to suggestions

I realised last week how many were out on loan and that I was over 60, have moved 7 on since last week so I think I'm just in the limit now, they'll be more ins and outs yet though.

Hey man, you already on soccermanager? If so, the Gameworld id is 158698. Have a look at the teams left. Its private invitation so you'll have to send me a friend request on soccer manager and message on there what team you're into. And i'll offer the team over. If you're keen :) Its only the second season soon to start so most managerless teams are the default teams. Haven't been tampered with

Best if it is kept private otherwise it isn't any different to other game worlds. Keeping it as a RAWK league means there is less chance of managers quitting after a run of defeats or they miss out on targets.

Have you considered allowing the newer teams a chance to buy from un-managed clubs? Obviously not a carte blanche to go crazy - but say they are allowed to bid for 2-3 players from any unmanaged club with 40+ players?

Nah man, it would get too sloppy then. Naturally you'd go for the top players. All the 'small' unmanaged teams have 3 or 4 star players in their original squad. Without them they'd be given anyone taken them over little chance of success. Its like you taking over Napoli, without Cavani, hamsik and Inler. You'd have a tougher go of it than you do now  :D You can try ask teams for loans. Or ditch Napoli, and take spurs. They were taken over, the manager went on a splurge and then just ditched them a couple of games into the season, another reason to be wary when it comes to transfers. Some just go nuts

Well the bonus of this world is with the limit on squad numbers, there'd be a wealth of youth to choose from in the free agent market. Just keep an eye on the player changes, they're doing the english leagues at the mo so you might pick up some players that are soon to turn 89 or so rated

Another gameworld for rawkites' season is kicking off tonight if anyones interested. Theres a squad limit in effect, everyone seems to be adhering to the cap quite nicely. Teams that are still available are in the opening post
Just sent you a PM re taking over Spurs  :wave
