That sliding interception from Lovren 2nd half was class, one of his best defensive moments in our shirt. Everything on the line there, if he had got it even slightly wrong they were in on goal. Beautiful.

Worst refereeing performance I've seen for a while gives the Bitters the only victory they could hope for - injuring one of our players.

Brilliant. That was one of the most one-sided derbies that I have seen. We totally dominated the match. Origi played well and made their defenders look poor.

Good win. Can looked good today - I don't like it when he plays as the deep midfielder, but when he's further forward he's good to have on the pitch. Few brilliant goals to score. Hope Mane's ok, we'll miss him big time if he's out as well now.

Can't believe those snidey fuckers finished with 11 men on the pitch. Some disgraceful shit from Williams and Barkley - they each need a knock across the head after those tackles.

LIVERPOOL IS RED (YET AGAIN)!

Wonderful goals, wonderful performances from many of our players (including the two Brazilians who people thought would be too tired), and what an impact from Origi just moments after coming on!

Another deserved victory, we're in third place only due to goal difference and we're seven point clear of Man United and nine of both Arsenal and Everton!

On the Mane injury, we don't yet know how serious it is, so let's not panic too much. Even if it is serious, we've got plenty of goals from elsewhere, and at least it happened at the end of the season rather than the start, it limits how many games he'll miss.

Everton should have had a red card or two, although Can got away with it a few times and could have had a yellow or two himself.

A deserved win. We owned this game from 1-0. Was a little concerned that they would find a way back in the game early in the second half. When Origi got the third, we were back in control and there was only gonna be one outcome. And, this was without Lallana, without Henderson and we had to see Mane go off injured. Hope it's not seriuos. Best thing today though was Coutinho. He's back.

Delighted with the win, worries about Sadio of course, will have to wait until Klopp's PC to find out the damage. Just thankful none of the rest of our players were injured.

Great game by Can, took an awful battering but he was like a warrior out there. Lucas as ever didn't disappoint. De Lovren did brilliantly in his first game back. Ginio too had some lovely touches. Hopefully it will be the end of questioning Coutinho's committment, a goal was all he needed.

Onward we go.

Why do some people give Lucas pelters? He gives his all and he is a class player. He is vulnerable to pace but that wasn't evident today. He wins a lot of the ball and is always showing for the pass.
