They normally have a hotel in the city, then collection by the ground for late arrivers.

SportOptions said they will not be doing one.
Thomas Cook have said they will not be either.

World Choice Sports (those of the Kiev debacle but other than that I think rated OK) - they have some tue-fri packages with hotel but most have sold out from Manc/London. Looks like a new Birmingham one on there. (Prices removed now but wasn't cheap).

The last one is Football Travel Limited on Twitter who are doing the day trip, but I've not yet found anyone who can provide me with any feedback so keen to hear from anyone. These are the only actual day trip from what I can see. (Expensive though).

Anyone else know any more than that summary?

Finally booked flights for this. Dublin to Istanbul via Amsterdam on the Tuesday. Back to Liverpool on the Thursday via Bucharest. Decent times as well. Into Istanbul at 5pm and not leaving until 3 on the Thursday. 22:00 kick off gives as full day in the City before the game too. Buzzing for this

Just got the email to print me tickets for the Napoli game. Hotels are all paid for and the choo choo's too. Deffo made the right choice in swerving the Super Cup.

Iam twitching for the draws to be made for the group stages. When are they ?

I'd love us to get Leipzig .

it's a big city, I assume loads of locals probably have taken the opportunity to buy a ticket

i wouldn't say no if it was two non-PL teams playing at Anfield for the SuperCup and it wasn't going to sell out.

Works a tad slow over the summer but been saving a bit each week so I can just book the first European away .Like Ive said hope we get Leipzig as got a lass friend there who I stayed with en route to Munchen. I'd settle for at least one mad Eastern European trip though.

Haven't been on them but regularly see people being complimentary about them on Twitter.

Just has an email from UEFA. Tickets now on general sale after people didn’t pay for winning ballot entries. We’re going to be playing this in a half empty stadium.

Chelsea have only taken 1.3k tickets.

We took 6k in the end, which is 1k more than announced. That extra block of cat 3 that was added was approx 1k.

It doesn’t show. You can’t select where in the stadium, just a category.

Guys uefa haven’t gone on general sale they are only selling to selected fans again by sending another e-mail if you don’t get a e-mail you cant buy just checked it. That’s not to say they won’t go later on , but I was unsuccessful and still can’t buy of there so it’s defo not open to everyone.

Antalya 50 min flight away of which there are a dozen daily if that helps

Most of the Turkish resorts have multiple daily flights to Istanbul. Bulgaria and Romania are also good places to look

Getting out there isn’t too bad that is around £120 leaving Tue night from most places in UK. It’s the coming back on the Thursday where all prices are around the £200/250 mark. I’m still looking at flying in 19.45 from Birmingham connection in Amsterdam. Arrive at 6.25, few hours sleep then in to centre around Midday. Flight back connects in Rome at 8am back in Birmingham Thursday lunchtime. That’s £400 plus hotel so nearly £500 total

I posted this earlier, you can do a few places via bucharest. Not sure if flight prices have changed since then.

Good route out from Manc for £89 via Dusseldorf. Out 19:50 to Dusseldorf Tuesday night with Eurowings, then Dusseldorf - Istanbul 8am wednesday morning with Pegasus.

The 4:10 Istanbul to Frankfurt then through to Manchester, is it viabal getting to the airport that early? I need to be back in Liverpool for 10am and struggling to find any options
