They can do all the testing they want but they never do it at the troublesome times so they cant replicate what us, the users experience with the all day refreshes, unclickable blocks, no dropdowns etc

So they just think these things dont happen and fob us off with any old shite when we tell them about it

I'm thinking along these lines too.

The amount of day trippers/tourists/non-regulars has shot up over the last couple of years and the amount of tickets being available for GA from everyone's different experiences has gone down.

It would not surprise me in the slightest if a whole load of GA tickets have been moved to low level hospitality.

Probably not, thought they might of dropped this morning before the members sale for Shrewsbury at 1 pm today, hopefully they might do later or tomorrow after the local sale for Shrewsbury.

Not far off, but you're forgetting a few groups:
Sponsors
Competition organisers (UEFA take loads for example)
Local members sale 500 a game
Local general sale 500 a game
Supporters club allocations will total up to 500/1000 a game easily if not more
Schools get 60 a game
Thomas Cook had 330

If you can't get sorted with a drop the size of that then I doubt you ever will.
