Usually park in the multi storey next door but it’s an absolute nightmare getting out after an event.  Are there any other options for parking nearby?

There's nothing really in walking distance unless you can grab some on-street parking at the bottom of Duke Street, but the last few visits, Ive parked around the Haymarket area and jumped a cab to the Arena and back ...price of a couple of pints avoids the ballache of the multistory/exit

L1 car park isn't too far really. Park on the 4th floor and just walk over to the Echo, 15 mins walk maybe?

John Lewis? How easy is it to leave afterwards? Last few times in the Arena car park, I’ve sat and waited at least 45 mins to get out.

I'd imagine not many people would park there due to a 15 min walk. I think the exit is on the 3rd floor so if you got a space there you'd be laughing. Never parked there to go the Echo so I could be wrong.

I park in Leo casino. Park up, go in and put your reg in the computer. Go upstairs have a drink (free if a soft drink) and off you go.
