Still a bit frustrating with some of the balls given away, a better team may have punished us.

He tried his best to derail us and then Klopp gave him a rollicking and he stopped giving Leicester everything.

A thrashing in the end really, even if it wasn't reflected in the score.

Harvey and Mo picking up where they left off while Robbo and Diaz look like they already have the makings of a beautiful relationship. With Jota in lethal mode the goals looked like they could have come from almost anywhere.

Lovely to have Thiago back.

We look so much better when Thiago plays. I have to say it's just remarkable how good he is in the centre of the park. So many clever passes in that game. Fabinho was outstanding too won the ball back so many times, including for our second. Diaz very unlucky not to get a goal.

Enjoyable game to watch. For our first league game in a few weeks it was a really good performance, think we’ll be even sharper Sunday.

Thought the challenge on Salah was a poor one, another of these where because he got the shot off the penalty wasn’t given.

Jota is such an important player for us, always in the right place at the right time. Very excited by Diaz.

Robbo played really well and Thiago got better the longer the game went on, class player

My Spanish isn't good and his Scottish isn't quite up to scratch, but we made it work today. Robbo when asked about Diaz, had a big grin on his face, too.

Jota superb again. Thiago, majestic and Fab, Matip and Virgil not breaking any sweat. Diaz was exciting and if it wasn't for yet another one of Schmeichel's annual games-of-the-season against us, he would've bagged it. Virg winning almost everything in the air, anywhere.
Laughed my arse off when Jota was back defending a cross and rose a few feet above everyone, incl big Virg to win the header.
What a head scratcher of an amazing player! Think he'll be able to do a job in defense against the likes of Drogba in his heyday!

What a pleasant evening.

Would have been an absolute thrashing but for some good saves from Schmeichel.

Fantastic debut from our new Luis, and Mo looking sharp as well. What more can you say about Diogo? What an absolute steal of a signing.

Looking forward to seeing this team back in full swing. Up the reds

Me neither. It’s a tackle from behind and a yellow card plus a penalty.

On the other hand, Leicester were feigning I just every time they felt the merest of touches. If Mo did that then there would be an outcry. Poor from the referee and VAR.

That pen shout really pissed me off.
Anywhere else on the pitch, if you played a pass for example and an opposition player goes into you late, its a free. Probably a yellow too.
