They were not given the full allocation details and Villarreal tried to charge 80 euros per ticket and there was a whole argument about that, oh and even as late as yesterday they were STILL trying to get the exact RV numbers and seats.

It sold out, the allocation was very small and loads more qualified etc.

It is also a semi final so the touts will be all over this to make money..... sorry I meant all the 'good reds' will be desperate to go to sunny Spain next week.... ;-)

No argument with it selling out. But people reporting they had tix in the basket before the sale started (even though they shouldn't have access), I couldn't see the sale till 3.02pm, not showing sold out for over an hour even though no tickets can be basketed. Feels a bit suss. I don't mean the club, I mean someone has worked out an in like with the GA sale before.

OK fair enough, but between fan update and covid and the supposed lower quality of opposition i still didn't think it would sell out that fast, there was nothing left at 3.00pm.
I wonder if it was collection only in Villarreal would it have deterred a few...

Also keen on an update on this. Free cancellation on Hotels booked in Benicassim ends on 1 May so if there’s coaches being put on to Valencia would like to know before then so can rearrange hotels.

it's nothing particularly nefarious, but basically if you have the link ready before the sale you are at an advantage because often the match doesn't even appear on the homepage for 5-10 minutes.

so basically people on the guaranteed 3+ would've probably told their 2+ mates the link.

lots of people are travelling - and lots of people are either sorting mates and/or swapping for other upcoming matches.

Update I had today was that the club are close to agreeing for the coaches but its in its final stages. Whatever that means. They seemed confident they were being put on.
