Can you still go and do magic truffles and get stoned and chat to the prozzies about the tedium of stag nights

Not sure I need a THIRD time in the Dam but then I last went in the before-time

I think living there would be cool if me music production and remote job are permitted. More on those later I suspect (Ahhh secrets are fun)

If I could, I would
move to Amsterdam, because
I am cool like that...
Since haste quite Schorsch, but Liverpool are genuine fight pigs...

Heads up to those flying in for game....you may find a bit if a queue at passports 20 or 30 mins.. depends on what flights arrive just before yours.

But main thing is do not arrive late at Schipol on way back...been horrendous queuing for security this year...I've nearly missed flight.

its luck of the draw whether big.queue but most carriers still advising 3 hours before flight...sooner have an extra hour in Schipol bar than miss flight

Appreciate most of you been to Dam before for sordid weekends but any practical questions feel free to ask

Thinking of a few days in Amsterdam in May, coupled with two nights in Leiden, which I'm told is like Amsterdam but smaller, quieter and less touristy.

Anyone ever been or got any views on Leiden? It's certainly a lot cheaper for hotel accommodation (I can't believe how expensive Amsterdam is getting)

Leiden is lovely, been there a few times. What you've been told is true, it's got the canals and the nice buildings and the weed and so on but way quieter and fewer tourists. It's also only a short hop to Den Haag for a day trip and within easy reach (bike ride) of the coast and other nice little towns. It doesn't have quite the same buzz as Amsterdam but well worth a visit.
