Listened to this a few times 2/3 years ago and enjoyed it, but never got into the habit of putting it on.

Started painting the fence a couple of weeks ago and it's perfect to listen to to take your mind off the mind-numbing task. But I went back to playing it from autumn 19 for some random reason and am only up to about late Jan 20 now.

Please tell me the British Managers Club and the Owl's Wor'ummer are still going.

A Tory, a worker and an immigrant are sat round a table. There's a plate of 10 biscuits in the middle. The Tory takes 9 then turns to the worker and says "that immigrant is trying to steal your biscuit"

They are.

Personally I think Geordie Heat is the best thing they've done since GOTEPL, it has me crying.
If I were a linesman, I would execute defenders who applauded my offsides.

My lad was a WH nut, Christ the dosh I spent on that, no offence, shite :) It wasn't cheap.

I'll give him the quiz tomorrow.

My mother would sympathise, was the same with me ;D

And yeah love Mince, I think some of the segments are better than others but they have the sense to rotate them out and bring new stuff in. I miss the more regular appearances of the Alderman and they don’t do as much Gangs of the EPL as I’d like. But it’s always worth a listen.

I love Allardyce chairing the LMA meeting. A very astute piece of observation on the merry go round of shite British managers.

Listened to a few of these now and Bob is of course, hilarious, but I'm not all that keen on the other guy.  I see there's a few collected skits available - can someone let me know which skits are all Bob so I can get on those?

Totally agree. The ones to look out for are: Crime files collection, The Beardsley Collection, The Beardsley Joke collection, The White Harts collection and the Scottish Collection.

Those are all pretty much entirely Bob and I’ve had funny looks from people when out for a walk when I’ve burst out laughing when walking past them due to these!

Finished Bob Mortimer's book recently - he talks very fondly of this podcast. He says it's the first project he's done where there are no suits or studios clipping his wings in some way or other.

Yes in certain episodes. Superb.

I can imagine, he is brutal about anyone - in a very humours rather than offensive way. I'm about 10 pages in to that, I must make time to read it fully.

Not listened to this in ages for some reason. After your post I stuck it on while I went in a run yesterday and was giggling my way round the streets. :D

Love Carol’s posh voice. And why did Peter keep calling his brother in law by his full name?! Is that a recurring g gag I’ve missed?

I'm not sure about the full name but when listening it's something you just 'get' don't you. It's a big piss take

Glad you enjoyed it,
