Just thought I'd pop this in here, the Florrie runs a men's mental health walk on Mondays at about 10.30am. It's usually a good couple of hours, anywhere along the promenade from the Pier Head to Otterspool, up to Princes' and Sefton Park.
If any fellas here need to get out of their heads for a few hours each week and have a chat, or just enjoy a decent walk, I'd definitely recommend it. Looks like they're hoping to partner up with Nivea to make it more accessible to guys who are working, and there's plans for a Thursday evening walk for those who can't make the Monday.
