That might be the case but to a voter he might seem like a better player. Most people vote on impulse rather than facts.

Whoever picked George Weah certainly hopes so!

Round Seven

At the end of this round we'll be at the halfway stage in terms of rounds and players available. You better start filling your teams, so I'm giving you a nice easy one to bulk up the numbers

Criterion -  Select two teammates of the same nationality.

For the purposes of this round the two players must have been in the starting XI of at least one Premier League match for the same side. Their nationality is the international team they have represented at full international level, or their country of birth if uncapped.

Deadline - 6pm GMT on 15th January, or when all drafters have submitted their selection (whichever is sooner).

Two brothers.

Round Eight please.

So you'll be picking Eto'o to play alongside him?

George Weah in a Premier League draft  ;D

And I thought Deschamps, Gullit, and Barnes were reaching at best.

Did I imagine Henry getting picked/blocked earlier....?
If he's being asked to head the ball too frequently - which isn't exactly his specialty - it could affect his ear and cause an infection. Especially if the ball hits him on the ear directly.

He was picked when he wasn't valid.  You can forget about that pick though, he's ours (or blocked)

I am sure someone like Henry will make it through this round. People will be too scared to pick him but someone will take a punt and end up with a fantastic player.

There's so much quality available in this round, a number of quality players are bound to make it through.

I know what you mean though, this seems like a truly game-changing round. Going 0/2 here would be quite hard to recover from given the pairs that others are likely to end up with. I think we'll see a few slightly safer picks as a result, but where's the fun in that?  :-X
