In. How about everyone picks one wrestler as their world champ, one intercontinental, a tag team, picked separately, and one hardcore or cruiser?
Just to expand on this, here's what I would suggest:
1 World Champ level wrestler (has to have won a world title in one of the big promotions, NWA, WWE, WCW, New Japan)
1 Intercontinental level wrestler (cannot have won a world title as per above)
1 Tag Team (has to have won tag belts, not too bothered where - these two picks are done separately, so someone could pick Hawk and then have someone ruin his plan by picking Animal, but then the other guy would be screwed too)
1 Hardcore or Cruiser (should have been recognised as such at some point in their career, so Foley or Eddie would be fine, but Roman or HBK would be a no)
1 Manager or Female wrestler
6 picks in total and will be more like a traditional stable, where everyone has a level. And if we mix things up with managers or female wrestlers, that gives everyone a bit more scope because there's only a few really top level managers available.
