Always love getting one over a Mourinho team.  Youe bus is broken and is lying in a heap on Tottenham high road waiting to get towed for blocking the road for other users. I felt at times we were too comfortable and that a lose pass was going to let them in. Probably boredom set in with us. The mighty red machine rolls on to win sway at spurs is no mean feat I don't care how bad Spurs are. They are a good side I just wish our play meant the result was wider that our play deserved. 3 points is all that matters on the road to the promised land.

The Future is Bright the Future is RED.

Once they stop looking shite or biased to one side or another then I would say people wouldn't even mention them

Atkinson has been a twat against us every single time he referees our games.

Guess you've already forgotten the Manc 'goal' that cost us the only points this season - after a blatent foul on Origi that he was looking right at.
Given that fans on here are complaining page after page about Atkinson fucking us over, and the fans on BlueMoon and Redcafe complaining page after page about how he gifted us the points, I think that you're wrong.

To be honest, I think a huge part of the issue is that the post-match analysis focuses so much on the referees but in general it's because it's natural for a biased mind to consider a neutral viewpoint as opposite. It's the same reason that every single forum has a thread for the media bias against their team, coupled with countless examples of how the media favor their biggest rivals.

In my opinion, it's tedious. You think it's fair because the refs actually are fucking us over, fair enough. I disagree with you (and every other fan on every other forum claiming the same for their team), but even if it were true, discussing referee decisions isn't very interesting, is it.

Fully expected the game to turn out like that with Spurs trying to nick the ball and spring counter attacks on us.

We cut it close but luckily their finishing today was abysmal

Brialliant goal by Firmino, should have had it sown up before half time, only mistakes let Spurs in.

Not even close.

give it a few hours on social media and oppo forums, and he'll have caught the ball and thrown it into Salah's path.

People are still swearing blind Virgil handled for the goal vs Wolves.

Yeah he was a prick today as usual, he’ll try a few more times before he retires

As you know though Andy, some do go to extremes over it. Often completely dominating and even ruining threads with the obsession.

It's the same reason that every single forum has a thread for the media bias against their team, coupled with countless examples of how the media favor their biggest rivals.

None of what I've said above is an opinion, it's a fact. And in my opinion, it's tedious. You think it's fair because the refs actually are fucking us over, fair enough. I disagree with you (and every other fan on every other forum claiming the same for their team), but even if it were true, discussing referee decisions isn't very interesting, is it.

For a laugh, I followed all the decisions second half. I suggest you try it yourself. He was woefully one-sided. If you need to look at more proof, look at possession as well and the number of fouls/cards.

He gave us fuck all. I have stopped wondering what the fuck Mo has to do to get a fucking foul awarded in his favour - he's literally dragged off his feet every game. Mane is pushed, pulled, booted and molested every time he turns. You can argue they should be 'strong' - but it's beyond a joke now. And it goes through the side - Hendo was getting foul after foul and Atkinson just let it all go - yet the slightest touch (or not) and Spurs were getting freekicks all over the shop.

Spurs 1-0
Sheff U 2-0
Wolves 1-0
Leicester 4-0
Watford 2-0
Bournemouth 3-0
Everton 5-2

So 405 minutes since conceding a league goal.

Lo Celco was pretty good today when he came on and we were tired, but I hate that kunt Lamella... And Lucas Moura didn't stop falling under the wind. Perfect team for Mourinho, they fit each other so well! Go into fucking oblivion, Spurs, you belong there.

Not a great play from our boys, but three points in the bag. Important three points at that. Next week's three points will be even sweeter. :)

Bet MOTD make it out that it was a really tight game and Spurs should have at least drawn.

The reality is that we strolled around them all game and made them look like relegation fodder.

The stream I watched had Shearer giving his team of the decade after the match. No Liverpool players.

Hazard, Silva, Yaya Toure, Ivanovic(!), Terry, Cech, Aguero, Rooney, De Bryne, Kompany, Kante.

"Beat that", says Shearer. This Liverpool side wipes the floor with that, I thought.
I think the same, can't stand him, but if you could have a £1million pound cheque or steve bruces head hollowed out and filled with pound coins which would you have?

Thought it was funny when we let Spurs back into the game for 10 minutes and Neville's only guess why was to say the players must have gotten bored.

That's something that I perhaps might have done when I was twelve and obsessed with the referees favoring United all the time, but even then I don't think I ever went that far.

There's a few like you on every forum, so desperately convinced that they're getting treated worse than their rivals, and the best you can come up with is that you're the one who's in the right. You probably aren't, mate, but your hypothesis (like City fans believing in conspiracies and United fans thinking we're the luckiest side alive) isn't falsifiable, so you'll go on of course. I'm just saying it's tedious, and you've let it go so far that you're literally sitting during a match writing down every decision. I'm sure, at some point in hindsight, you'll see the downside yourself. No matter how right you think that you are, and how impossible it is to prove that you're not.
