Did you log in as yourself before you bought the ticket? If not it may have sent the email to Lead Booker. Failing that have a check in your “My account” to see what email address you have logged. You can always check in your history to confirm it’s gone through ok.

Just loads of Browsers open. All it takes is 2000 people to have 3 browsers open each and you have a queue of 6000. I had a few open then at 0815 picked up the one which was 903 in the queue. The highest was in 7000 because I didn’t log in on the others they all lapsed and closed while I did my purchase on lowest number.

The "hack" is having multiple browsers, laptops, phones etc in the queue to increase your odds of getting 1 decent queue time, everyone then bins off their shit ones

I understand the multiple browsers but how come loads with ‘low’ q positions haven’t bought? I had 5 open and 5.5 k was the lowest, seems others are opening loads of browsers and getting all low positions rather then the spread you’d expect! Maybe I’m just being cynical but in every sale I’ve never been lower than 5 k.

Sorted for this thankfully, first game of the season, although I still have my old address in the system and only did the fan update yesterday so not sure I'll get the tickets to my new address, royal mail have been diverting post to my new address so hope they catch these

Chose to collect, not a chance I was letting them send them with Royal Mail at the moment, it’s absolute chaos at the moment here with strikes and the backlog. Could end up being took out on a strike day by some agency workers who doesn’t give a toss.

The fact that this sale is ridiculously early compared to normal LFC away sales gives me hope that they have realised that the postal strikes might be an issue so they'll all be sent out this week!
