Ridiculous they didn't go through after those two legs but that's football. Pep must feel he's broken in Europe, nothing ever seems as simple there, even in group games they look up and down.

Really hope it knocks them off course now but I don't know, might just fuck them off. Either way we keep doing what we do.

City will be deflated by the end of their European/Quadruple hopes and Spurs will be full of confidence. After we had beaten them in the CL last season they lost to United, hopefully they repeat that with Spurs.

What do you mean Tottenham have no one left? Will the first 11 they played today disappear now? I am sure they will play their first team and give it a proper go.

City will also need to play their first 11. Only change I see is Fernandinho for Gundogan.

Could just as easily say City will have the wind completely knocked out of them to lose in that fashion, and Spurs will be on a high, full of confidence and knowing City are soft at the back. Have to wait and see.

It is still media driven. It was talked up last year as well or was it year before. Defo one of them. Failed spectacularly then as well :-)
