Doesn't seem that bad, just a plain colour rather than some idiotic pattern, in any case s long as it finds it's way between our goals and opposing shots who cares.

Not a fan of the colour at all, but as you say who cares if the bearer is stopping goals.

I was going to ask exactly the same question about the last time we had an actual #1 between the sticks. Great signing (I've not seen him play, but he looks amazing! That hair....) anyway, I'm looking forward to next season already :)

I wonder what questions we have lined up for his first interview. Probably the same mundane shit our new signings normally get asked.

He wouldn't have been the 2nd best keeper in Germany when he signed his contract though, just a talented young keeper.

Thank God for this.

Although a little concerned that he won't be put into first team action consistently throughout his first season. Think he'll be brought in slowly. Which is good for his development, but bad for our defence next season. Mignolet needs to be gone.

But yeah. Good news.

Have you no shame?

I can't believe you're asking Chopper, of all people, if he has any shame. Of course he doesn't. He is single-handedly keeping RAWK in the gutter, and it's because of this that he should be treasured!

First interview

http://www.liverpoolfc.com/news/first-team/223027-loris-karius-how-klopp-chat-inspired-me-to-make-liverpool-move

About his style of play

Quote
Tell us about you as a goalkeeper – what are your strengths?

I think I’m a really confident goalkeeper. I like to play offensively, helping the defence out and playing with my feet, clearing situations early. If I’m far off my line and can clear a situation before it even comes to the goal, I’m confident doing that. I can block balls and I am a good shot-stopper. I try to be really offensive and help my team out a lot.

So I say let's sign players based on their haircuts. Dahoud is our obvious next target. Karius - Can - Dahoud, killing em softly with those hair.

From his LFCTV interview.

Quote
How much do you think your time at Manchester City will help you here and help you settle in?

I know the area and I can speak English from that time, so I understand everything and so I think I can talk to my teammates in defence straight away and give them the right instructions. It will help me, of course.

Oh, I like the sound of that.
