Moses set it up too, great pull back to be fair, but another mistake from soyncu who has regressed badly under Rodgers.

Now 2-1 Daka scores.

Very quick fire hat-trick for Daka. He seems to be finding his feet for Leicester, no surprise as his goal record did look very good at Salzburg, albeit not the greatest level in the world.

They’ve got one in Daka. He’s absolutely lethal. He just knows where to be to score the goals.

Quite an open game this one in Salzburg, great block denying what looked like a sure goal for Wolfsburg now.

Pique's generally been a decent scorer for Barca. He's scored over 50 goals for them. People always went on about Ramos at Madrid but failed to mention most of them were penalties.

Barcelona 1-0 Dynamo Kyiv

Gerard Pique is the only player other than Lionel Messi to score a Champions League goal for Barcelona since 2 December 2020.

I know that's only 10 months, but still quite damning of the other players.

Why did Leicester play this evening? Europa league and Champions league games aren’t usually played on the same day.

Lokomotiv Moscow are playing at home tomorrow, so they had to play on a different day.

McFred back for United in preparation for the weekend. Pogba dropped.

They're scared stiff of trying to play any kind of football against us. It'll be sit back and counter attacks for 90 minutes.

Sancho getting sidelined for Rashy. :lmao

Anyone see Ole come out the other day and apologize for throwing Rashford under the bus with his comments? He's literally just picking teams to keep people sweet at this stage. Hanging on to the dressing room for dear life.

Can't wait for Daka to be a red next year with us.

he was heavily linked with us in the summer (i dont know him at all) and a lad i know was gagging for us to get him and vouched for his quality having seen a lot of him, confident he'd translate that form to the prem

we shall see but the kid has got off to some start

Daka filled his boots tonight and got one at the weekend…but he’s not made a great start really. Struggled to get on the pitch until very recently and hasn’t looked particularly good when he has (scoring four tonight aside against a dreadful team). It’s certainly not looking like ‘one that got away’ based on what he’s done so far, like some are suggesting
If he's being asked to head the ball too frequently - which isn't exactly his specialty - it could affect his ear and cause an infection. Especially if the ball hits him on the ear directly.

Because they're Man Utd and they have lots of good players. A team like that shouldn't be parking the bus against us at home, but they will because it's all Ole knows how to do.
Having a team of talented players play fast, technical football is just beyond his capabilities as a manager/coach.

But even better teams set up that way.

He’s a shit coach but their strength is counter attacking. They also don’t have the players to play the way you say.

Not many do, apart from Chelsea. Man Utd is supposed to be about dashing, attacking football. At least that's how the story goes.
The type of players they have aren't all that different to ours. Fast skillful lads up front, supposedly solid, hard working midfielders etc. We're a good counter attacking side too, but we can also pass it around and find different ways to win games. They're just one dimensional. Surely a better manager could turn them into something more entertaining to watch, even with the players they have?

Like a lot of players he needs time to settle and to have a decent run of games. I think he’ll turn out to be an exceptional signing for that money.
