Yeh if yer a wuss. Down our way we'd buy our Beano and cycle home reading it, finish by the time we got back and sell it to the speccy kid next door.

Walter?

Salah's shoulders are ridiculous.

Looks like He-Man.

I'm a bit worried none of them have done up the chinstraps. The helmet must be useles without them.
Also is that Ox getting brushed aside by konate? He's going to be injured by the first game if he's not careful.
"All the lads have been talking about is walking out in front of the Kop, with 40,000 singing 'You'll Never Walk Alone'," Collins told BBC Radio Solent. "All the money in the world couldn't buy that feeling," he added.

Just been looking at the new photos on the official - I think Milner is the only player sensible enough to do his crash helmet up! ;D

Looks like Pitaluga, who shares Milner's safety first attitude!

Didn't realise they were out in Austria for a month. Pretty intense but feel like it will be much better call that flying here there and everywhere to play friendlies and then running into all sorts of restrictions, bubbles and quarantine issues.

Does make me feel like we aren't going to sign many players. Maybe two more senior guys absolutely maximum.

so that’d be 3 total? Is anyone actually expecting more?

The month camp is for sure a covid thing of course. Usually it’d be a couple weeks. But this way makes it far easier, and for starters allowed a lot of players (and the manager and his coaches/trainers) to go straight there rather than have to go to the UK then back out again.

Not sure why it makes any difference to if we sign anyone or not. Presumably the process would be the same.

Probably makes it easier, no need to have to deal with issues entering the UK, get the medical out of the way in Austria and then join the squad at the camp.

Imagine Klopp will love having so much concentrated time without any commercial interruptions. He has said before how important it is and to be fair we didn't really have it at all last season.
It may well be easier to integrate signings as well. Too be fair, maybe even Minamino and Tsimiakos seeing as the pandemic wrecked that for them.

Yeah, could really benefit them. Minamino could be an interesting one, although he could be the new Aquilani. Look good every pre-season before being loaned out again.

Minamino has had it tough since he signed though. Turns up at a mega club, in a foreign country and language to him, just as the pandemic kicks off. This is his chance to impress Jurgen and get back in his plans.

I don’t think he is good enough. He will get an opportunity but I wonder how long someone mentions how he will be a option for us in the proper season. I just hope Southampton come back in for him, albeit their fans are not keen.

It would be great if the club could get their main targets in as well over the next fortnight so they can really get to grips with how we play and get their fitness levels in the right place.
That said, the club will probably have to balance that with maybe waiting to later in the window to get the best prices.
