Kirkby upgrade for 1st team??

Good to see houses to be built on Melwood. Hope some will be affordable for first time buyers.

Contractors now appointed apparently. McLaughlin and Harvey.
Quite surprised by how little discussion this redevelopment has had on these boards. Massively important for the club and a giant step forward compared to where currently stand, but arguably the plans aren't as ambitious as maybe they should be.

to be honest it's had a fair bit but it's been spread over multiple threads in here so a little all over!

Craig, will we have pictures of the progress as the ground shapes up? I hope, I hope. :) Are there any locals to keep tabs on the development of Kirkby- similar to the fine job of all who contributed to the progress of the main stand renovation?
