Been diagnosed with Patella Tendonitis which stops me playing football due to bad knee pain.
Been to Physio and in order to build up the strength in the muscles arround my knee ive been advised to take Ibuprofen daily (amount as per the packaging states).
I'm a bit worried about taking painkillers/anti-inflammatories as I've gone through my whole life avoiding pills unless necessary.
Are there any long term side effects to Ibuprofen? Should I get a second opinion?
