There are plenty of great RB's available but there are only a handful of LB's. Happy to get Kolarov. A solid defender, and will add more goals to the team too.

Yeah, I did come across him, but has no use for me as I'd used up the parents rule. Good find for anyone who hadn't. One of those players whom I enjoyed watching in the Prem during those days.

I had Viduka in my list but with Bobek up front had little need for him, kept him in case I’d moved to a 4-4-2 at a later point. Great pick though.

Lovren's a good pick. IMO in these drafts obviously some Liverpool players get over the top love because they played for us and were great.

But in some cases I think people are reluctant to pick players that played for Liverpool that had a flaw or two. Whereas if a flawed player played for another club, its easy to not notice those flaws and idolize them.

I suspect that is the reason why Rigoberto Song and Djimi Traore were not picked in the AFCON cup draft when much lesser players were picked.

Question. Noticed defacto talking about possibly picking Viduka over Scholl in round 1 and now I'm a bit confused about this parent rule. It always sounded like it was optional to me. The selection thread even say "can pick" rather than must. Can I get some clarity on this? If it's the latter, Bobby and I are in a tight spot!

Different game back then. All the top clubs wanted Hatzipanagis but the team he played for didn't want to sell him and there was nothing he could do about it. Shame he never got the chance to show his talent on a bigger stage. That's what makes this draft so interesting though, there's loads of hidden gems.
