its absolutely wrecking my head
can someone give me the code and instead of a youtube link just write HERE so i know where to put the link?

Take a YouTube link, like so: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HWtdmk4Rv5k
Convert it so it looks like this: http://www.youtube.com/v/HWtdmk4Rv5k (Deleting the watch? and the =)
Then click the flash tags on the full reply button (the italic f in a red circle), change the size number to 500,400 and you get this:

Replace the zeros with the video's code. Size is also variable.

Click share on the track you wanna include, then choose the flash tab and copy the embed code at the bottom, it should look like this:

Cut the url (red bit above) from the value attribute and paste it inside the flash tags supplied by pressing this button Then set the width to 500px and leave the height as it is.
My final embed code looks like this
