Really? Don't get called up by England if you were a bad defender. Defending ability is alot better than Trents

If he's being asked to head the ball too frequently - which isn't exactly his specialty - it could affect his ear and cause an infection. Especially if the ball hits him on the ear directly.

Trent who also gets called up for England?

to be honest he probably wouldn't be if James was fit. I'm just responding to say Trippier isn't a bad rb, solid but unspectacular. Newcastle, hardly concead many goals due to his suppose errors

Harry Maguire starts for England, never mind called up!

That's mostly down to the cbs avaliable but if there was a few decent English cbs knocking around then he wouldn't be anywhere near it.

You're a dumb mofo.

Where did I say Trippier was a bad defender? I think he's quite good. He is nowhere near Trent in an attacking sense, but how many times have Newcastle conceaded goals because he can't defend.....

Don't hate on me but I don't want Arsenal to win the league. I won't forget their fans cheering for City to win the league to save football when we were going on a mad run. I want them to feel how shite it is to miss out on the league with 1 points.

Ditto
United used to win titles on easy street, time for us to take over that real estate

Just watching the build up to this cup tie between Nott Forest and Man Utd and they show clips of The Damned United; And we always hear how the Clough family and his pals in the media really bristle at that film and its apparent slandering of the man.

Which is amusing, because he was let off lightly. If the film were to portray the real one, he'd come off as the horrible human he really was.

Danilo the number 28, highly rated defensive mid at forest. Looked for months he’d end up at Arsenal, will be interesting to see how he does.

They need to change the offside rule, goals should not be disallowed for a knee or a foot being offside, its shit

Another preferential dilemma question we're facing this week :) It's fairly easy for me to be honest, I'd want Man U to win it. They are a multiple-cup winning side, so it's not unusual. Would I fuck want that sportwashing club to win a first trophy for 70 odd years under these circumstances. Fuck Newcastle completely, RIP Jamal.

unless it’s changed to something incredibly vague, that’s always going to happen. It’s like those who ask for daylight, its still going to be ‘daylight’ by a toe or something.

But he’s clearly offside.

I know, but the spirit of the law was intended to stop goal hangers and players gaining an advantage by being a yard or more behind the defender. It wasn't ever intended to catch a player sprinting past someone stood still and half his leg ends up nearer the goal.

With the millimetres they go to for VAR its tough, but too many goals get chalked off for tiny margins - maybe clear daylight could be done, ie every part of the body has to be past, so a toe nail won't be included. If they can do a toe, then can do it the other way?
