Would have been easier to take if Villa hadn't provided hope - completely gutted. Still, we did a great job winning a match we weren't at our best in, which we've done all year.

Proud of the lads. It was a massive effort to pull City back from a 14 point defecit and they did their bit today despite massive pressure. It's the hope that kills you though isn't it.

We managed the game better 2nd half but without Van Dijk there's a clear issue in control when playing high, in preventing quality opposition counters.

Could’ve hoped for us to get our goals earlier, let that news filter through to their game. The news of Villa leading certainly influenced things our side. But still a heroic end to an incredible league season. We did our bit and then some.
