Offline Captain Wolf Biscuit

  • There's a really funny story behind this actually. I'm captain of my local team and at one xmas party I wolfed down a soggy biscuit and behold! My username was born!

I have zero problem with him being paid well for the job he

but fact is it was just another job for him, he did most of it badly and lucky landed us with a good set of owners.

lets not forget he told Kenny he wasn't up for the job while Hodgson was

most importantly this

Are you kidding?! Played one of the most important parts in ridding us of H&G and found us some extremely worthy owners. I, for one, am extremely grateful.

I presume he would have got his salary even had he made a hash of things.

And probably walked into the next well paid job too.

Therefore credit where credits due.  He was very important for us.

He got a great fee for selling the club

He sold our club. His tactics happened to be in line with ours towards the end. I do not believe that this was because he had any wish to help us in any way. It was simply the way things worked out.

He sold the club and did a good job of it. If it made sense for him to allow the snakes to stay, he would have.

Fine line between friend and foe in these cases. I don't reckon he cares which side of the fence he's on.

Certainly no hero of the people!!

So you'd presume then he would have held out for more for the sale of the club, which would have increased his wedge.

I'm sure he still got a nice paycheck but the point is, he helped sell the club for less than the yanks wanted, and put up with a lot of sh!te forcing that sale through.

Hassle he probably wouldnt have wanted if he didnt care.

Exactly, he did his job and he did what he needed to do to make a shit load of money. No hero, he just made sure he got paid. And boy did he get paid
