Is it three down from the Prem?  Because I'm dropping like a fucking stone :(

Sure is mate. If I was a betting man, I'd back the current bottom 3 to be the ones to go down. I think you're safe. 34 points difference with only 3 rounds to go.

With E2K posting late, and Keita Success not yet posting, there's only 3 points separating 3rd - 6th in League 1 going into the Saturday's fixtures

Scores and league tables all up to date for round 36  :wave

Premier League tables/scores/fixtures

It looks like it's down to WillG.LFC and Ycuzz for the Premier League title. Will going for his second Premier League win in a row and holds a 7 point lead with 2 rounds to go.
In the relegation spots are Thush, tommyLFC and fowlerisgod4eva. Ollyfrom.tv holds a healthy 14 point lead in 17th spot. Unless one of those 3 can collect 2 big scores in the last 2 rounds, it looks done and dusted.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/12b3vtxycQWBvYknc1kzZwo5Yk0k8H9ZYavF4m7Eho2Q/edit#gid=1638831760

Championship tables/scores/fixtures

Long time leader AdzLFC holds a 16 point lead in the Championship. Second to 4th are only separated by a mere 4 points. Grobbellrevell is currently in second spot, but is at a slight disadvantage as both Jsteve in 3rd, and Youngest Son of Skittle in 4th being up against 2 non participants therefore will be guaranteed 3 head to head points as long as they post on time.
Only 1 relegation spot to be determined. LFCStephen heads Filler by 9 points with 2 games to go. Filler is a regular late poster, and has lost 15 points in head to heads due to posting late. How crucial will they be? LFCStephen did not post in round 35 and it remains to be seen if this will cost him.

League one table/scores

In League One, Cape_Tear can secure promotion this weekend. He currently holds a 33 point lead over 4th place. A solid score will see him promoted with only 30 points left to play for in round 38. ShatnersBassoon looks to be joining him with a 22 point cushion to 4th.
3rd spot is where it's all happening in League 1. E2K posting late, and Keita Success failing to post has handed the initiative to Trendisnotdestiny, who top scored with 11 in week 35. LanceLink moves up to 4th, 5 points behind Trend.

As we get ready for the penultimate gameweek and I stare relegation in the face, I just want say how much I love this thread and I love this game. Fair play everyone and especially Barney for making this fun and a bit of Craic.

I am confident I can someohow escape relegation but will look forward to being a big fish in a small pond next year if not :P

(Feel the need to point out that I’ve had back to back promotions and have been thoroughly found out this year   ;D)

How is your end of season shaping up?

Scores and league tables all up to date for round 37  :wave

Premier League tables/scores/fixtures

Ycuzz picks up a vital head to head win and narrows the gap to WillG.LFC to 3 points with only 1 round to play.
A 16 point gap from 18th to 17th means barring some never before seen scores, Thush, Tommylfc, and fowlerisgod4eva will drop down to the Championship next season

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/12b3vtxycQWBvYknc1kzZwo5Yk0k8H9ZYavF4m7Eho2Q/edit#gid=1638831760

Championship tables/scores/fixtures

5 points now separate JSteve in 2nd, Grobellrevell in 3rd, and Youngest Son of Skittle in 4th. I made a mistake last week and thought Youngest Son of Skittle had a head to head against a non participant, but it's actually JSteve in week 38 again who has the 3 point head start.
Filler won his vital head to head with LFCStephen who did not post. A score of 6 means he has overturned the 9 point gap, and seemingly just has to post on time to avoid relegation ahead of LFCStephen who has not posted in the last few weeks.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1IFe6V1vbHehlI_ljh9LP9CX2ZV239bja6fEkLT3rSb0/edit#gid=1638831760

League one table/scores

Cape_Tear tries the old, I'm not posting as I'm promoted anyway technique. He still heads the way, 6 points clear of ShatnersBassoon. In the final promotion spot, E2k again posts late and loses another 3 points. He is now 10 points behind Trendisnotdestiny in 3rd, who leads LanceLink by only 3 points.

Thank you, Barney, for all the hard work (not just on this thread), hope you can keep it going next season. :)

I still can't reconcile my 300 prediction points with a 15-7-15 head-to-head record, and I won't even mention all those injury time goals, but it kind of matches our own season of great performances, tiny margins, and, barring a mircale, having nothing to show for it in the end.

Thank you for everything, Barney. Disappointed to be relegated but the hard work continues next season.

Not at all Barney, eish. I only just remembered now that I didn't post my predictions  :(  That's a 1st that I didn't post hey.

Any rate, thanks for all the effort for doing these updates  ;)

Thanks for all of your time and effort on this over the course of the season, Barney  :wave

Hopefully I can scrape through the last week and retain a top 3 spot to finally edge into the top flight!

Same to you mate! Just compared our preds, think your City one will tip it. Besides that, we're pretty close - so might not be enough points to swing it anyways.

Hmm... maybe I should go and do some wacky changes. Either go out with a bang or win by a landslide ;D

Thanks everyone that stuck it out to the end. Congratulations to those who win promotion, those who win their respective leagues, and commiserations to those who face relegation.
Round 38 won't be updated until at least next Thursday, as I'll be drunk for about 4 days straight starting on Sunday  :hally :hally :hally :hally

Started yesterday. Hungover as fuck and this train to Liverpool is taking forever. Feels like we've just circled Manchester for the last half hour.

Oof. Haven't checked, but my gut feeling is my gamble didn't pay off. ;D

And as always, thanks again Barney for doing this, a much appreciated informal competition, (and the brown paperbags will be back next season ;) )

Cheers for running this B

Out of all the RAWK games this must be the toughest to keep on top of scoring. Fair play.

Next season I am determined to finally get out of the bloody Championship.  I should call myself Notts Forest. :)
