Oh oh! Looks like no one told the Heat they were meant to get swept. On to Miami for the next two at 1-1, and you know Boston have that mental glass jaw.

Since Klopp left, Dortmund have finished 2nd five times, 3rd twice, and 4th once. So they've hardly dropped into midtable.

Rodgers came very close to winning the league with us. Obviously it turned sour pretty quickly afterwards but I don't think anyone is arguing that he's anywhere near Klopp's level.

If you wanted to follow the argument through the looking glass you could end up arguing that if FSG had just hired Klopp after sacking Hodgson he would have been challenging for titles and European honours with the likes of Mignolet Downing and Carroll.

Dortmund won titles under Klopp.

They have won fuck all since then.

Good on you for keeping it civil mate. Shows character. Something she obviously lacks.

Ta mate 👍 we’ve been blessed with a lot of joy down the years, so you’ve got to keep it civil and in perspective with such folk.

And genuinely, fair fucks to Everton. They deserved their win, despite the poor refereeing. So yeh … we move on 😂

Blackthorne is an idiot. Of all the characters - I won't miss him.

I will make it easy for you.

Klopp+Mainz=success
Klopp+Dortmund=success
Klopp+Liverpool=success

Dortmund+other managers=failure
FSG+other managers=failures

What do you think is the main contributing factor?

I reckon he has taken Milner’s tag for the worst Derby sub performance by a Liverpool player in Klopp’s tenure.
Really don’t see the point of digging out individual players when the entire team breaks down. There were obviously bigger problems than Endo.

Then why did the same journalists who reported Alonso was coming, Amorim wasn't coming and that Slot was nailed on tell us that we were all in for Bellingham.

Right up to the point, the same journalists were told we weren't moving for Bellingham.
I don't know what journo's think mate and can't speak for who knows what, as I rarely follow that, but speaking in terms of club finances and spending (as you are more aware than most) when you say we should bring in 2 elite players every summer I have to push back and say realistically we've never been at that level, and this goes back decades.

We mainly bring cast offs, failed experiments, people with potential and try to unearth hidden gems. Off the top of my head I can only think of Ali as an already established star.

Two elite players every summer is just not something this club has afforded unfortunately.

Feeling pretty grim about it all right now.

I’m honestly shocked by some who would willingly just swap him for another player.

Blows my mind.

Yeah I agree. We’d need Arsenal and City to pretty much lose 2 of their remaining games. Unlikely but not impossible.

don;t do it to yourselves
