I mean can it get any worse!?? You plan you day around it and  wait for hours on a queue for the privilege to be banned for daring to refresh and buy a ticket. Liverpool Football Club

So they are blocked accounts for pressing refresh on hall map?

Initially some are soft blocked (cookies) others are IP blocked.

Some can refresh for 5/10 minutes others once or twice……

……..it’s a complete mess!

Just been to collect tickets, and the windows now open from 8.15am. That might help some people to collect on their way to work.

It is a mess. The refreshing is one thing, the reports of people going through the queue and then being blocked just for entering the hallmap after queuing are worrying. That to me suggests they have no control over what ever they have attempted to implement (seatgeek, the club, whoever?).

Cheers, still not got mine yet.

Do you know if the TO is open until 4pm or is it 3:45pm?

Just found it on the website - 4pm

I bought in the first sale, so didn't experience what many on here have, which is a disgrace really - but, it needs reporting to the supporter liaison committee and the person delegated to speak to the club on these matters......otherwise the next sale is gonna be bedlam ! How is it so difficult to buy tickets on our website ?!  :butt

Moving too quickly around the site can cause you to get banned, imagine a bulk sale trying to pick up all your tickets then your banned

Just got an email to say my tickets have been held for collection at the away stadium and that I will be contacted in due course with the collection point details.

My tickets must be collected with photo ID fail to do so, will result on the tickets not being given.

Has anyone else got that email?

I found this to my cost recently. They won't do dupes/pickups for anyone else other than the lead booker. You'll have to bear this in mind going forward.

Will be because of the international mail problems with Royal Mail and the short turn around on posting

Answer - NO . But the way the tickets have gone with credits etc it’s no wonder credit hunting / protecting goes on . Closed shops shouldn’t exist and if you do miss certain games it shouldn’t see you drop off the ladder for 10 years . Another ticket shambles

Hope we don’t end up several hundred under capacity because of credit hunting with fans who want to attend unable to get a ticket.

Why they can’t do NFC for our fans is beyond me. At least tickets could be forwarded under the same rules that apply for home games.

My ticket arrived today from sale 2 but with a break in tradition and a funky brown envelope instead of the usual one.. Still got someone to sellotape the address label to the inside of the envelope window so all is good in the mysterious world of our ticket office

Haha same, it came the other day and I didn't expect it to be from the club, looked more like a bill!

Not Irish but some of ours didn’t turn up so live chatted before to arrange dupes and they said they’re still waiting to hear from Brighton on collection point/details. Dupes arranged but need to wait for an email with collection details once they know. So Irish fans probably in the same boat.

Collection point:

Window 10 of the ticket office on the north side of the stadium, next to the club shop to collect the tickets. The window will be open from 11am. You must have photo ID upon collection.

Same as my lot from the 2nd sale as well. Clearly they forgot so send someone out to Rymans to stock up on white window envelopes  ;)

Any tips on best places to park would be appreciated?

Is it best to park & ride or park at a station and get train in?

Just been notified of the same; shortly after my mate told me the tickets, bought through my account, had been delivered to his (one of the tickets was his). They’ll be cancelled now and downloading a one off NFC no chore. At least we have the tickets for the free train travel.

Loads of empty seats around us. Some could be lads moving to the middle but certainly loads swerved it, despite Brighton putting up posters thanking us for the 542 mile trip to the Amex!

Not near us, was loads in the middle blocks, so much so they were checking tickets getting back into S1E after half time.
