Just downloaded the entire XFM archive, starting with Series 0 (?) before Pilkington has made his debut.

Discovered these podcast things not long ago and they are funny as fuck, nearly finished all of the 'ricky gervais show' and am on seasosn3, which only has 6 episodes.

I downloaded this pack of all the podcasts, which should I move onto next? The other 3 folders I have are: Ricky Gervais The Podfather Trilogy, XFM Radio and The Ricky Gervais Show Podcasts - Bonus Disc.

PM'd you the link I used, was decent speeds. I've been listening to them off computer speakers but you can put any audio file onto an ipod, so presume you can.

Any one listened to the xfm shows with Nick Frost and Simon Pegg along with Karl? They're equally funny and you get the impression Karl really likes them because they don't take the piss out of his round head :D Worth a listen to if you're a Karl fan.

I downloaded this pack of all the podcasts, which should I move onto next? The other 3 folders I have are: Ricky Gervais The Podfather Trilogy, XFM Radio and The Ricky Gervais Show Podcasts - Bonus Disc.

You should finish of the Ricky Gervais Show which has 5 series. The Podfather trilogy is series 4 so thats you're next one. Then I'd reccomend the 3 other podcasts they did. The order they came out is The Ricky Gervais Show Bonus Hour, then the FAME podcast which was a free giveaway at Ricky's stand up tour and finally the NME radio test broadcast which was something they did as a favour in opening up the station or something.

After them I'd start with the guides. There are 8 out at the moment from medicine to the future. There's no date for Human Body yet.

can you get them for the ipod? (yes im clueless)

Yeah they're just MP3's so add to your ipod just like songs.

Any one listened to the xfm shows with Nick Frost and Simon Pegg along with Karl? They're equally funny and you get the impression Karl really likes them because they don't take the piss out of his round head :D Worth a listen to if you're a Karl fan.

Have these downloaded myself. Another thing you might like is Karl on Q Radio. I just got this and if you need a link give me a shout. Its rapidshare though which is a bit of twat as its hard to get a free slot. It's only half an hour but its Karl on his own from a few months back. Be funny hearing him without Ricky and Steve getting on at him :P

Cheers fellas.

I've normally been listening to them at home but today was the first time I've put 'em on my mp3 player and went into the open world with Karl's wisdom ringing through my ears. It's a bit hard to control yourself in public situations though, was on a quiet bus with the volume ramped to max and burst out with laughter now and then without realising where I was, constantly had a huge smile on my face and people were giving me odd looks.

I was listening to them on a plane from Seoul to Hong Kong and couldn't stop myself from howling out loud like an idiot. There were a lot of very bemused Koreans on that flight I can tell you. You can't stop yourself though.

Couple of previews for the upcoming animated series.

Out in america 19th February, so will be able to download it. Heard off a mate that Channel 4 have got the rights for over here, but apparently not going to be aired until March some time.

There are 5 seasons of the podcasts. Season 4 is also known as the Podfather (There is 3 eps of this: Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas). Then there's the guides.

The XFM ones are the old radio shows they did. The new guide can be found in the usual places.

Cheers fella, just finished all the XFM ones. As I understand, they were on in London during Saturday afternoon, how did they get away with all the swearing and that?

Just listened to a few of the guides, fucking pissed myself a few times, in the law and order one where Karl is being the negotiator and on one, during the introduction (first time I'd heard it) 'Steve award winning writer and University graduate... Karl...Fucking person that I find irritating'. :D

Anyone else think that a lot of what Karl says actually kinda makes sense? Obviously a lot of it is ridiculous, but some of the stuff he comes out with makes you think. Similar to how little kids can often make some of the most interesting philosophical points that adult minds just can't think of.

He definitely comes across as an idiot-savant on occasion.

Is anyone else surpsrised by how tall he is? I know Gervais is a shortarse, but Dilkingon ('fucking person that I find irritating!') looks to be scraping around six foot there, and for some reason I had him down as a little fella.

I've always found it strange that he was fairly high up, head of department I think, in a big radio station despite being thick as fuck (and having a head like an orange)
