More concerned about the fact that’s it’s Phillips and Williams all the way to the end. They will be up against some dangerous players.

They should be fine against WBA and Burnley. CP could be a problem with Zaha and Benteke. Hopefully we only need a draw by then.

I m just here, posting say I m fit and available.

Just saying.
In case of any further injuries to LFC anywhere on the pitch, I m available to slot in.
I train hard(ly) and am equally proficient(not) in any position on the field.

You will get injured in the first 5 mins!

If Bobby's captain today, why was Mo given the armband when Gini went off against Utd? And then, when Mo went off, Trent was given it.

why is it such a huge drama here when someone is named captain  ;D

It’s given depending on who has been at the club longest. Kloppo forgot in the CL earlier this season, and it caused all sorts of drama.

No idea what the deal is when a named captain is subbed off as vs Man Utd and no other captain is on the pitch, maybe it’s whoever gets chucked the armband.

The win against the Mancs will hopefully have done wonders to the lads, but then this blow with Jota out. We finally had all four scoring in the last two matches and immediately lose one. This season, just keeps throwing shit at this team. Felt fairly confident after the win in midweek with all attackers firing and ready to help shoot us to 4th of maybe even 3rd if we get lucky. The three we have left should be enough, and now that they are scoring then we have a shot. They need to be efficient becausr this season its the opponents we are facing in the last three that have given us major trouble.

Without VvD, Gomez and Matip we are not able to see games out and count on the defence to keep it tight, therefor getting our forwards scoring is the most important right now. If they can find and hold that fire for the last three games, then we should make it. None of them relly have anything to play for, but lets be honest, the idea of fucking up for us is motivation enough for all of them. We need to be clinical today, we need to score atleast two. Do that and I am sure the boys will have the belief, confidence and motivation to get the last two done as well. Atleast we have something to play for and that could have been very different.

Come on Liverpool! YNWA!!!

You always dread the team news to see who's got injured in training this week. At least it's only one for once.
he got injured in the Utd game but don't let that stop you

Makes no odds at all, the senior players make themselves leaders anyway, don't need an armband

West Brom don't have any dangerous forwards. Chris Wood scores a decent amount for Burnley but he has to be given the chances. Benteke despite scoring a few recently is on a generally horrible run. We can easily deal with all 3, and either way it shouldn't matter as our forwards should be lining up over the next 3 games to score. I know it hasn't worked like that all season but they know there's as much responsibility to deliver now as ever.

Another big game with a different type of pressure to the last game.

Any decent player will be up for this, yeah its W.B but the lads know how important this is, no one will be taking this easy.

Plenty to prove and keeping the dream alive, at least for another week.

I really hope we thrash them and send Big Sam home in bad form but any win will do.

Would love to see Sadio get a couple.    :scarf :scarf :scarf

Real crap that Jota is out, especially with 2 more games to go. Time for Mane to deliver, esp after the histrionics of Thursday.

Get the win, then move on.

I like that midfield. Fabinho holding, Jones with the energy, and Thiago with the vision.

West Brom have conceded 68 goals in 35 games - the most in the league. They are terrible, and we need to put them to the sword this time. Mo has the added motivation of overhauling Kane for the golden boot after his goal earlier.

Our last 7 games are P7 W5 D2 L0 F14 A5 Pts 17. We've hit form at the right time and just need to keep focus and momentum for these last 3 games.

That’s just tempting fate isn’t it?

So to enact the reverse mockers - Robson Kanu is a fantastic finisher, and the other two are useful too.

Really unlucky this season, don't deserve to be relegated.
