They completely switched off after the second goal, even though Watford had opportunities in the opening twenty minutes like Ighalo's shocking miss. There was more fight in the stands, than on the pitch from West Ham after they scored the second

Why does Shay Given still get games in the Premier League? He's about a million years old and more importantly he's a shite as he's always been. I just don't get it...

He probably could have taken them from the bench and still have done a better job than some of our corners last year!

Butland is still out injured and their other back-up (Haugaard)  is dreadful. We put four by him in barely an hour last season.  They signed Lee Grant on loan from Derby in the window, who only made ten appearances last season in the Championship.

Is MotD totally scripted in advance, Ian Wright seems almost competent on there compared with how dreadful he is for live games.

Felt like it was a bit longer with slightly more footage than talk/interviews than before.
We were on, what third/fourth,? and it felt like we saw more of the match than I thought we'd get.

Felt the same to me

Normally I'm skipping interviews and analysis by the third match, yesterday only started it after the 6th or so

I hate how long they spend on referee's mistakes and 'incidents.' Blaming a ref for not seeing something 50 yards away when we get reverse, slow-mo angles is boring.

Cannot echo this enough. If they just wanted to talk about refereeing decisions they should just get a ref on and discuss the laws of the game every weekend. If that sounds like a dull concept it's because it is.

I'm convinced they only dedicate so much time to contentious decisions because if they tried to actually talk about the football played for other 89 minutes they'd show themselves up as knowing fuck all (more than they already do anyway).

Quote me on this, but come next season he'll be great for us. Just needs to remove the walking headless chicken next to him

Well to be fair how they would fill up time with having only one game to show?

Note: If you're talking about yesterday's one.
