We are going to give chances up as I said put in those two early chances and it's already game over. Matip hasn't looked been at the top of his game just think he's not up to his usual rhythm.

Didn't we put away two early chances anyway? What's to say that we wouldn't have allowed them back into it if we were 2-0 up inside 10 minutes instead of 20.

Seems as we stopped playing after the second goal.

We had 5-6 perfect goalscoring opportunities in the first 20 minutes, almost nothing afterwards.

Hope we come back firing in the second half...to drop points here would be criminal

Brilliant start from the Reds. Could and should have been more.

If we can score the next goal we’ll batter them. Fuck it, we’ll batter them anyway.

Need to keep our heads and not let them wind us up.

Amazon Prime or Virgin Media - fookin gash, kept buffering every couple of minutes in the first half.

I'm watching via my Virgin box and its perfect?

Disappointed we let them back into this, but expect us to come of flying 2nd half and kill them off.

Allan should have got a straight red too, dirty c*nt :no

third goal from us would've killed it, instead started getting involved in bollocks and let ourselves come down to their level and of course the scrappy game results in a goal for them, it's the only way they can beat us - ie ignore the twats and their games and just play them off the park if you really want to piss them off

We've failed to win any PL game when conceding a goal this season... Surely that ends tonight? Blowing another 2 goal lead would be bad enough, against this mob? Unthinkable.

There is another half to go yet, make chances in the second like we did in the first and these are going to be exhausted and probably down to ten men.

Think we let them off the hook there.  We let the game get scrappy, which is what they need.

Hope we start again like the 1st half and it'll be 1-4 before we know it.

Matip has looked timid, like he’s worried about the physicality of the game.

A couple of questionable decisions like he is having hangover.

Get off. He did his best to get there, his start position could have maybe better but for me that's absolutely on virgil stepping into midfield. Which in turn you could say was because none of the midfielders were near the ball when Everton won it back. The whole thing was just a bit scruffy.
3 midfielders minimum in the next window. And probably another young CB to boot.

Anything else is negligent.

With yellows for simulation, surely Everton will struggle to finish with 10 men?  But then again, we've seen some harsh fouls overlooked, which is barmy.

Even if it’s 1-3 with twenty to go these twats can get the crowd going nuts and anything can happen. Important to get a good start, another goal and try an calm it as much as we can, not gonna be easy so let’s hope they keep focused and smash them like they deserve.

But I give them credit for giving yellows for those atrocious dives. Many refs would have bottled it.
