I didn't watch the game earlier, I cannot wait to see these two bellends reactions in about 2 minutes

Doesn't get any grimmer than those two wankers.

As hat-tricks go that was a truly shite one from Calvert-Lewin. Made Dirky’s against United look sensational.

1. It wasnt a penalty
2. If you follow the rules it was the right decision
3. But it wasn't a penalty

I think Ole was saying on point 2 on peno being retaken.

It was never a penalty i'd be fuming if given against us but no I dont care as they were gifted so many last season its payback.

Jenas is a massive helmet too.

Probably yeah, he needs to have some consideration for those of us who've had a few though in future the twat.
He really is, Murphy too. They're the people who moan about offsides being given too if someone is just a wee bit offside

Can't believe how many Chelsea/City fans, aka pundits, are trying to pass that off as a "soft" red card. Talk about blue tinted glasses.  ;D

Sadio though... New Monster Under the Bed for Kepa. Trent vacated his position for a little while.

Christeansen didnt attempt a potential ball wining tackle, he wrestled him, you dont do that unless you think there is a good chance he will score.

Strange editing of our first half today.

Match of the Day regularly butcher our games, cut out any mention of our possession, and edit in every single time the opposition is near our penalty area, no matter how innocuous.

Classic MOTD. All they do is put in the goals, chances on goal or any major incidents. Never show a true reflection of the game, and their analysis is basic and painfully obvious.

They didn’t even show the van Dijk chance in the second half. Was a lovely ball in from Salah and felt Virgil should’ve probably done a bit better with it.

Wow, I'm sorry to say that she was awful. We'd just watched our game and left it on while we waited for another programme to start on another channel. My partner said within minutes that the commentator was terrible and her voice was getting on her nerves.

I thought she was anxious to fill every space, so wouldn't shut up. A good commentator knows when to stay quiet and when to come in. I've not heard her before as I don't normally watch MotD if I've been able to see our game elsewhere.

Anyone making out that red was soft is simply an idiot. I knew the score before I watched the game, but little else, so when I saw it I said to my partner it was a straight red. When the ref pulled a yellow out I was amazed.

It was a quality rugby tackle, but had no place on a football pitch. A straight red when viewed from all angles. Anyone suggesting otherwise is blind or stupid.

Apart from when he says Mansher United. You'd think he'd be able to say the name of his own team properly.

Speaking of Brentford I wonder how they would've done in the league. Much preferred them to Fulham.

By the way, Pogba's foul that led to the penalty was much worse than Thiago's slight bum into Werner last week. He practically mugged Connelly. How that's not a penalty is beyond me.

One of those you complain is a bit soft if it goes against you but you often see given. Had the ref not given it in real time you could maybe understand it. But once he gives it I don’t think there’s enough evidence there that it should be overturned.

Not saying anything new here but Brighton must be kicking themselves though. Screwed by the ref but also have themselves to blame too for all those missed chances.

Good player and getting better the more I see him. Can have a bit of stupid decision making sometimes.

Like Brighton and their kind of football but they really need to shore up their defences. Could say the same about WBA.
