Just got my Inter email. Payment went on the 10th.

Just had my Inter e-mail and paid for my Norwich tickets through the reservations as I was concerned it wouldn't be taken. Bit of a strange one with these sales, so hoping nothing untoward happens with it all.

Had an email to say my Inter payment failed, then also noticed my Norwich in the reservations too. Called the TO and they said it was a glitch in their system but to pay for them both on the reservations. Weird.

Bought mine 1 by 1 finally today, they obvious mess it up - that's why postponed the today sale for members with the 3 games from this season.

Is everyone biting the bullet and paying for their Norwich ticket via reservations now then? Mine is showing in my history but don't know what to do as we've not been told payments have been started yet or anything.

I am leaving it, been showing in history for a while. They will sort out ACS payments next week I assume.

I was talking about the Inter one, they announced that the ACS attempts have now ended so who haven't got his payment taken, buy your tickets manually. I will wait about Norwich for now, mine are also showing in history but the same was for Inter.

Mine was showing in reservations last night, then showed in my purchase history earlier and has now disappeared. I've not paid for it, will wait till next week.

Mine as gone to. I had to pay for my inter through reservations as it failed, no idea why and as I went in there my Norwich was in there to so I paid for that to. Inter is still showing in tickets and history but not Norwich now and it was last night

Same with me. I did have a confirmation e-mail come though for it… just nothing anywhere in my account now.

My Inter for a change actually went through.. first time in about 4 months I've had it not fail even though it's the same card across the 3.. did have Norwich in my history that has now disappeared and not in reservations

Norwich Auto Cup payments are still being taken. Supporters will be advised if payment has been successful or has failed by email next week.

I got the same email, so I phoned up my card provider who told me LFC had not included with their payment request something called SCA (Stronger Customer Authentication) so there’s nothing wrong with peoples cards, it’s that the Club are not following financial procedures. The worry is that in the email it mentions that if you don’t buy you could lose your ATS for future games.

Hope the Club can now sort it.

I think you're right there. I got an email late Friday to say my Inter payment had failed, but my card provider said the card is fine but that there was an issue regarding security. Thing is the card is the same for other ACS games and the League Cup Final and they've gone through OK..........our TO eh ?

It maybe new payment regulations coming in next month are causing this issue. I know from my days in retail that card payments are taken differently when the customer isn't present compared to being in a shop, on the phone or online buying something. If something has changed and the ticket office haven't changed their process or the card merchant hasn't told them then this could cause mayhem.

If that's the case it will cause massive problems (most likely need to confirm card details etc) for everyone and huge backlog for the TO

Out of interest who do you bank with, mate with HSBC had likewise. Mine with Santander went through.
