hasn't been confirmed yet, but will be Saturday or Sunday afternoon definitely not on TV

Just had an email to say the FA Cup seat I chose shouldn't have been available in the ACS so I've been moved from 305 to 304. 🙄

Had the same email on 17th, money taken on 17th but can't see anywhere the transaction or details of where we have been moved too??

Under "My account" in your ticket account there is an "Auto Cup Scheme" tab which should have it listed.

Had our acs for Shrewsbury fail, have logged into our accounts to ' confirm reservation', it then takes you to your basket with a timer to purchase the seat, but no way to click anywhere to actually purchase.
Anyone else had this and found out how to do it?

The proceed tab finally decided to show itself after refreshing the basket about 10 times, all sorted.

Dont know why the payments failed though as there was enough money in the account.

Cousin's kid came here from the US for the Leeds game and seeing as that was called off, would like to hopefully back 2 or 3 tickets so we can take him for his first time.

Does anyone know if payment fails if you can change an adult ticket to junior. We have 5 tickets together but mates taking his young lad with him so don’t want be paying for an adult ticket. Thanks

Was on the website last week - an email would be nice though, but what else do ACS people expect when the game is supposed to be in 9 days?

Given the training ground is closed for 48 hours now, I cant see it with pep, klopp and most the staff having it

Think Klopps isolation ends on Saturday doesn't it? Plus we will have the ones who missed Chelsea back, VVD and Fab have already had it... we might be alright

Hope it's still on personally was looking forward to it - will be grim if it's turned to a mid week game

Think it means they take you out of the ACS for future rounds if you return it. Can you pass it to someone instead? Obv up to you

Depends if his positive test was sat or sunday last week - and providing he tests negative to release on day 7

No there isnt - ticket exchange is not active for cup comps

Club will refund if requested - however it takes you out of ACS
