Pass not updated for me on Samsung yet. No option to manually download the pass again like last time is worrying. I don't trust that it will update by Wednesday.

Go into Google chrome and download the ST pass again and it will update to milan

No one has had the issue of the pass not updating before KO (just updates later for some). The technology may be new but so far has worked with no problem (the problems have been due to people getting used to the tech not the tech itself). No one worried about members cards/season tickets activating before the change, so you don't need to worry about this either.

Can't make one of the group games cos we're both on holiday, can't give to F&F as they're with us on holiday, if I give to someone using the distribute button looks like they don't need to be F&F is that right for cup games?

It's not ready I guess, you can transfer to anyone using their email.

The F&F was supposed to close, but I added someone yesterday without issue, so add a few now.
I also don't think they've got the scheme running yet, and are allowing you to just enter an email to transfer to anyone in the world.
So for this one, you can do either.

I received a confirmation email that the payment had been processed for the AC Milan game (10/9), but its not showing on my CC statement yet.

Also I've not received the NFC pass as yet although email says I don't need to do anything although my mate has downloaded this manually on his Iphone?

Just a waiting game at present I guess?

Go into your account on your mobile, click on memberships, then tick the box and download NFC pass, not the individual ticket. Important not to delete the original one otherwise it's screwed. Seems to be the only way for some at the moment. That seems to make it appear

The communication is awful.

Even on twitter one response from the team was

'The ticketing team have told me it should have updated'

That was it. Nothing about how to try and update it yourself!

Mine was still showing chelsea, and just did the auto-update thing in the wallet options (as mentioned by vicar above) - worked instantly.

Worth a try anyone without having to log in, or any risk deleting pass.

Yea it's the card number that gets read and sent to the server. The 'next match' bit is pure info.

I know what you are saying but people want that comfort of seeing *something* before you go the game. Especially the first cup game of the season and showing the Palace game for example just makes people panic.

It's the same as the cards (you really had no idea whether it was live or not until you got to the gate!) but remember people loved seeing that text message the day of the game!

I Can see that point and if that's the case why bother having the info at all. At least in the old system if you wanted the comfort of knowing you could go in your history to see if the ticket said upload or printed to know if it was on your card, this one doesn't

And if you go in your account and the next game shows as Next game - successful in ballot it doesn't exactly fill you with confidence does it?

I asked for that seat and as I'm a top red who's been to Fenway park John Henry acquiesced to my request.
