Same here...got two emails with two different seat numbers...absolute shambles this club when it comes to tickets.

Someone has picked the wrong field when composing the email.

You'll often get a "whoops sorry" email from a company.

Ultimately because when they were putting the email template together a human made a simple mistake

No you can distribute it to anyone. Until the club put in some functionality to upgrade or downgrade a ticket you can ignore the price band when transferring tickets.

Does he lose the credit though if in the event we get to the final if the ticket is distributed to someone else?

Not with the cups, I don't think

Can you forward home euro tickets? We are ST holders in autocup. Would we get kicked out of the autocup. First time not been able to use them.

I think you can also distribute the CL tickets...at least that's what I'm seeing. When I click on the game and both distribute and forward options go red.

Strange, only 'forward ticket' goes red for me, are you on 13+ for league games? I wonder if they've messed up and the ability to distribute twice has been carried over to CL games? Not a problem as I don't want to forward or distribute my ticket but would be good to know for future reference if the option will be there.

Looks like everyone has different options...I have both but my mate with same criteria only Forward...I was the buyer if that makes any difference

As announced here, Ticket Distribution system will only be available as follows:

Members with 13+ Premier League home credits from seasons 18/19 or 19/20 can distribute twice a season. This option will not be available to Season Ticket Holders or Official Members with less than 13 credits.

Should the situation arise where a fixture is moved from a weekend to mid-week within 28 days of the game being played, all supporters will be able to use the ticket distribution option for that game.

I've posted proof 3 posts above you that it gives me option to distribute Ajax game....this is the same for another mate of mine but not everyone.
PS I know the rules hence why I posted it on here cus it's baffling.

As a Season ticket holder could I forward an Ajax ticket to someone on my F&F. Then have a different ticket transferred to me despite giving up my original seat?

Just realised that when I registered in the auto cup iv put it under 2 young adults instead of 1 adult and 1 young adult 🙄 can this be changed does anyone know?

That was in relation to a future CL game someone may not be able to go but has no F&F linked to the account. You’d be stupid to return the ticket and defo lose the credit

There was a table document issued by the club on the distribution of credits, surely this has to be adhered to.

Theres no differentiation in the content they published

Utter disaster for the game today!

Me and my match going party (5 in total) are unable to attend. I agreed to transfer tickets to my cousin and friends and now they are unable to go. I have no one else on F&F who can go....so the seats are going to waste!!!
