Mane back to his best, Firmino with a vintage performance and Salah is the best player in the world right now. The performance of those three today almost felt like something from the past, incredible stuff.

Great performances all round and nice to see another clean sheet for Kelleher who had nothing to do just as he did in the week for Ireland.

I wouldn’t say that it was how to play against a defensive setup as Watford were pathetic. They didn’t mark or put any pressure on our front three. Mr Blobby would defend better.

Fantastic performance. Okay so they were poor, but that shouldn’t detract from the fact Liverpool were great. We never let up and kept winning it back and making the runs and hitting those passes and sticking it in net. Just totally demoralised them in the end.

Has to be said, what a goal! Again.

And just one thing, I know he didn’t get all that long, but I love seeing Tsimikas play. He’s boss that lad. Could’ve picked out Mo on one occasion but generally puts a great ball in. Great bit of competition which just pushes players on. That ”foul” that Moss blew up for!

Lovely stuff. That's set me up for the weekend. I'll be having a few nice cool beers in the pub this evening. Last time I was in a boozer was Christmas before lockdown 2 (or 3?) kicked in here in Ireland.
Any of our rivals drop points, that's the cherry on top.

On a side note, I hate the rule that allowed our 3rd to stand. Salah was obviously offside and the defender had to play the ball because of Mo. It’s a dumb rule and I will be annoyed if we concede a similar goal. It made no difference to the result but the rule needs to be binned.

Shame Klopp spoke his mind in the press conference. The negativity that led to in the press and fans of other clubs was a massive hinderance we had to overcome today. Without that it clearly would have been 10. Needs a good long look in the mirror does Jurgen.

Snidey sarcasm aside that was a brilliant performance from kickoff. Crushed any fight Watford had with our pressure and quality. The early goal was a huge blow to them and the only thing lacking from the first half was an earlier second.

Mos goal. What can you say... I'll just say that I thought the City one was better

Sadio lovely and clinical for the first, should have had a second but getting close to his best I think.

Bobby, great to see him back amongst the goals. Thought he was fantastic overall today as well.

My son couldn't watch the game today but I messaged him after two minutes of play to say we were already battering them, and while that could have been a recklessly premature comment, it carried on at the same level at least until we were 4-0 up. It's felt like that kind of performance has been coming, and although Watford were basically shite, we made them look even worse than they were.

Mo is off the charts. He's gone the full Neo, he can see the Matrix and is now making up his own rules about what is possible. I wouldn't be at all surprised if he started literally flying one of these days.

Such a dominant performance. Wonderful goals. We made it look easy. But look at the goals. It's class. Salah's goal is a perfect example. My favorite was the first. The touches from Salah and Mane are incredible. We moved the ball so fast and yet it looked so easy. Speaking about easy, how about Firmino's hattrick? This team is incredible. Top of the league!

Nice comfortable win. Although we had to do without Fabinho and Ali we benefited from them not calling up Firmino.

Watford were hopeless, usually the kind of performance they put in against City. Good we could ease off second half with tough away games to come. Could have been any score if we really wanted.

Jenas made the same point in the commentary, and though it sticks in the throat a bit to admit it, I agreed with him at the time.
