It’s time
It was time a while back for some of us. He’s too inexperienced, they said, ignoring the obvious. We’re stuck with Adrian for the season, just accept it..etc.etc.

Massive performance, putting all he’s learned alongside Ali into practice, both physically and mentally it seemed.

Fucking delighted for him. So was Jurgen and the team quite evidently.

Delighted for him. Not just saying this as he's a compatriot. Silky smooth on the ball and strong wrists when needed.

Is that his normal level??!
If so how did Adrain ever get picked ahead of him?’

He was faultless and his distribution looks top class

He clearly wasn’t ready for this level last season. Obviously he’s come on enough in the last year that Klopp felt it was time to give him his chance. And he did brilliantly.

Let’s not get ahead of ourselves though - one decent game is not enough to say he’s the finished article just yet. But he certainly looks very promising for the future.

Absolutely excellent from him tonight. Unsurprisingly he was a little nervous to start, but some great stops, and his distribution got better as he settled, some nice little dinked passes towards the end, exactly like we see from Ali.

Excellent command of his area as well.

Seems like an impressive young man from what I’ve seen.

He ended Adrian´s Liverpool career tonight I think.

Adrian’s career always had a finite lifespan. He was signed as a stop gap, and did a job for us. Kelleher is the future. It was just a question of when he was going to be ready to step up.

Looks like the answer is: tonight.

I'm gonna get slaughtered for this but hey-ho...

I thought he was fantastic tonight. Considering all of the surrounding circumstances and playing for the World Champions in a game like this, it's brilliant what he did.

However, lets not go on about distribution being his best point tonight as it simply isn't true, just based on tonight. He lamped around 5 clearances straight into the stands tonight, under little pressure.

I get that people worry about Adrian tripping over his shoelaces but lets not put unnecessary pressure on a talented young lad by setting unrealistic expectations. He will learn so lets not rush that, Alisson is here for a good few years yet.

Couple of boss saves though, could be a keeper  ;D

On the other hand, he didn't once slice a clearance and see it land just outside his own area at the opposition striker's feet.

Adrian is toast. Literally no reason to play him ever again thank god.

Even if Kelleher makes a few mistakes (and he almost certainly will) you know he won’t make them twice, he’ll just improve.

Michael Owen spoke very highly of him after the game. I'm not sure if he has seen more of him that most, but he said he's been outstanding for the under 23's and is a big talent.
Time will tell but brilliant start. Clean sheet in a tough CL game, couple great saves. Seems a really nice fella. I was sure he played for Shamrock Rovers but must be thinking of someone else

Great with the ball at his feet and while I don't think he was really tested and would've expected him to make those saves, he still did everything asked of him.

And that floppy hair and beard combo makes him look a little like our manager.
