Guys has anyone else lost the ability to download membership/ticket nfc from the logged in members portal?? I cannot see the option to download ticket or membership currently

If referring to ability to download the NFC pass -

My account, memberships, see a list of membership(s). Select the relevant membership, tick box, next to it at beginning of row, should see 'Download NFC pass' button enabled.

I’m aware of the above steps to download the NFC. But it’s not appearing for me. I can navigate to “memberships” but don’t see “download nfc”

Ah it’s working now. I had to delete my browsing history (cookies and cache)

Some new way instead of distributing tickets “forward” is gonna replace it

It's the friends and family distribution which should have been in place months ago

I use the Futbology app and I've seen us play them 5 times. I think for someone who does them all it would be like 8. They're in my top ten teams seen and not even from England it's mental.

Just for clarity it doesn't actually make a difference what game your membership shows.

It doesn't have to show the game you're attending

Yeah I read that but after seeing a guy not allowed in at the turnstile for Porto I can't be doing with the hassle before a game of getting it sorted at the TO! I've seen people with their phones still on old games but not having jumped ahead a couple which is what worried me in case somehow the jumped games weren't registered. They're deffo in my history though so I'm sure all will be fine, it may even update again later in the week.

Mine did this, Newcastle loaded after the Porto game then it updated to Leicester. I went into my wallet (iPhone) and refreshed it and it says Newcastle again now.

Wonder if it was something to do with them loading up the Leicester ACS and taking payments? Google doesn't have a refresh option so I'll just wait and see what happens, still plenty of time yet.

Amazing luck. I couldn't believe I got position 200odd for the Palace sale in September (which was then cancelled last minute!). Didn't get anywhere near it on the re-arranged sale and had to wait until the day before to get sorted.

The queue is completely randomised. I've not found a way to get a low queue position on purpose. You can have 50 devices and they'd all get a different position.
